    Now most of the inventory and accounting software provider are giving this barcode generator feature and Zoho corp. is such a big company and you are ignoring or delaying this important feature to implement this feature in zoho books.     Does anyone that is a non-resident of Aruba have any experience in purchasing a business on the island? Specifically an N.V. or other entity where there are shares of a business.     The instructions for processing a customer payment in NSF Is not only unnecessarily complicated, it's inaccurate in accounting principles (customer payments that are insufficient funds are not my liability, nor should there be an associated expense). There should be a very simple way to make a customer payment NSF and also show on the customer statement.

  14. TDS payment automated

    I need to have the ability to directly pay TDS from Zoho Books via my TAN number. It is a basic feature. I use ICICI bank so its directly integrated with Zoho but inabliltiy to pay TDS directly is a pain since then I need to sit and record this as an expense and then also match each invoice (esp. when we pay multiple bills under a single TDS challan).

    I would expect this to be a priority feature that needs to be prioritized in your roadmap.

  15. Synch ICICI Credit Card transaction automatically

    Currently Zoho allows synching of ICICI Bank transactions but not of credit card transactions. We opted for Zoho beacuse it was integrated with ICICI but the lack of facility for credit card transactions is a pain since we issue credit cards to our staff. They upload their expense bill but matching them with credit card bills is messy since there is no automated way to do that

  19. How to choose best CRM for SME's?

    Hello All,

    I am needing a crm start-up business software that can do the following:

    Manage service tickets, and apply service agreements to them when they are eligible.

    Alert us when service agreements are expiring.

    Keep track of inventory, along with serial numbers.

    Create invoices for the service tickets.

    Keep track of time and attendance for my workers.

    Allow customers to be able to send an email and have it automatically create a ticket.
