I want to markup item prices by a percentage of total cost (cost plus any tax).
For example, a soda costs 75c and taxes are 25c. The soda costs me $1.
i want the sales price to be 50% markup of the total cost. I would like to then round the sell price up or down to the nearest 0.05c.

Speed up the bank reconciliation process by showing a full list (similar in Xero) of transactions that can quickly be reconciled or matched
The reconciliation process can be made much quicker by implementing the above and allowing for bulk cash coding recons, which would speed up the process by a lot.

The ability to 'schedule send' Retainer Invoice emails
I want to be able to schedule send retainer invoices that are created afterhours to send to the client at the start of the next business day.
Currently you can do this with a standard Tax Invoice however the same drop down arrow function on the 'send email' icon is not available when sending Retainer Invoices. Can this be fixed please? Thanks3 votes -

Receive a payment against sales order to track the progress of payment order wise, where Invoicing is only done after the whole payment.
In the service business, where we collect advance but cannot invoice the same as it is unearned revenue, we need to track the advances against a particular order.

Right now there is no option to print a refund check when you have selected Refund Retainer. This should be an easy enhancement and would benefit a lot of companies.

import inventory sales invoices
When I import bulk sales invoices with inventory,
The invoices do not reflect the sold inventory and neither do they show up under the inventory reports.I have to go back and edit each invoice to select the intended inventory item.
The problem is usually with an import like that,
You have a bulk of invoices eg 1000 and editing each is very, very time wasting.Hopefully Zohobooks team can come up with a way to attach inventory directly during the invoices import.
Or is the problem the zoho plan am on?

After doing Pull transactions from GSTN from IMS Dashboard
If we accept the Input tax credit after Pull transactions from GSTN from IMS Dashboard there should be an option for booking those transactions automatically in Zoho books (If we select those transactions to be booked in Zoho books)

Improve Zoho Books' Avalara Integration for Multi-Location Tax Calculation
We conduct business at multiple locations and often host in-person sales events, primarily in Tennessee, an origin-based sales tax state, requiring accurate tax calculation for each location. While Avalara supports multiple locations, Zoho Books' integration limits tax calculation to a single location, or "Company Code". This creates challenges during sales events, as we need to calculate origin-based tax accurately. The integration should allow selecting from Avalara's multiple locations at the transaction level to ensure sales tax is calculated based on the sale location, rather than defaulting to the customer's billing or shipping address.

For example, if I want my QR code to be a link to my google reviews, I would like that to stand out to the customer, not be hidden in the back. Thanks!!!

Pull an expense from Zoho Expense into a line item on an Invoice to bill customer for expense
For passing through expenses to customers, the ability to assign an expense to a customer and populate in into an invloice in books. Even better if it can be assigned based on project.

Provide a new template design for Statement of accounts, similar like reports like Balance Sheet, P&L, Ledgers or Spreadsheets template with less space and more details, also to mention invoice due by days.
