Make an option where the QR code can be placed anywhere on the invoice. Often times, the QR code is pushed to the second page and customers don't see it. For example, if I want my QR code to be a link to my google reviews, I would like that to stand out to the customer, not be hidden in the back. Thanks!!!

import inventory sales invoices
When I import bulk sales invoices with inventory,
The invoices do not reflect the sold inventory and neither do they show up under the inventory reports.I have to go back and edit each invoice to select the intended inventory item.
The problem is usually with an import like that,
You have a bulk of invoices eg 1000 and editing each is very, very time wasting.Hopefully Zohobooks team can come up with a way to attach inventory directly during the invoices import.
Or is the problem the zoho plan am on?

After doing Pull transactions from GSTN from IMS Dashboard
If we accept the Input tax credit after Pull transactions from GSTN from IMS Dashboard there should be an option for booking those transactions automatically in Zoho books (If we select those transactions to be booked in Zoho books)

1. If customer ask for location send maps location automatically
2. If customer ask for total outstanding balance It should send automatically.
3. Chat timing. if not able to chat at this time send chat between times.
4. store opening timings if asked.
5. Other notices if store is closed on holidays.
6. Send pictures of products if asked only required customers with price.

Improve Zoho Books' Avalara Integration for Multi-Location Tax Calculation
We conduct business at multiple locations and often host in-person sales events, primarily in Tennessee, an origin-based sales tax state, requiring accurate tax calculation for each location. While Avalara supports multiple locations, Zoho Books' integration limits tax calculation to a single location, or "Company Code". This creates challenges during sales events, as we need to calculate origin-based tax accurately. The integration should allow selecting from Avalara's multiple locations at the transaction level to ensure sales tax is calculated based on the sale location, rather than defaulting to the customer's billing or shipping address.

Project users should be restricted from marking a project as Active/Inactive
After a project is marked as Inactive, only the admin shoul be allowed to mark it as active if necessary.

Insert a "Late" column when listing all customer's payment

You can not find in ledger that customer paid cash or through bank 2 You can not assign a person to handle cash. Voucher no. should be seprate

Distinction between raw material and finished goods and track raw material consumption based on finished goods produced.
We receive goods in kg and we convert them into smaller packs of numbers. It is difficult to track inventory in this manner. also, we buy packaging material which is primary to our product. whenever we sell these smaller no's pack, we sell them in this primary packaging that we bought (cardboard boxes). But when we make the sale, we only select the main item in invoice and not the cardboard boxes and thus we cannot track its inventory. How can this be solved?

Import items from excel when creating a quote/invoice
It is extremely hard and time consuming to create a quote/invoice for 50-100 items and then change the discount for each item individually. It would be very helpful to import items along with their discounts while create a quote/invoice. This feature is also available in similar softwares.

Provide a new template design for Statement of accounts, similar like reports like Balance Sheet, P&L, Ledgers or Spreadsheets template with less space and more details, also to mention invoice due by days.

please make it possible to enter time entries for projects synced from Zoho Projects to Zoho Books directly in Zoho Books
Currently there is an error message if you try to log time in Zoho books to a project imported from Zoho Projects: "You cannot make any changes to the data that have been fetched from Zoho Projects. However, you can choose to edit this data directly from Zoho Projects."
This would be an easy thing to fix and would greatly improve the usability of time tracking across both platforms.

we want the discount to be shown at line item level and transaction level as this will help our business alot.
Right now we are having an option of adding discount at line item level or at transaction level. We want the discount to be shown in transaction level but if we are making discount to be at transaction level it is giving discount to all line items but i want to give discount to only one item.in this scenario we are facing issue.so it is better to have discount at both level and change the formula at transaction level
