  1. Give access to PriceLists in Deluge (custom fucntions)

    Give me access to "PriceLists" via custom fucntions with deluge
    Please add the one line of code that allows zoho.books.getrecords("Pricelist"...... and zoho.books.getRecordsByID("Pricelist"......

    Its concerning that I can access Invoices, bank records, sales orders, purchase orders etc this way but I can not access a simple list of data for pricelists

  3. Expense - Manage Categories

    In Zoho Expense, Manage Categories, there are only two options. Neither of which I want the expenses that people enter to go to. Not really a helpful setup area if you can't apply the accounts you want to use.

  4. Timesheet approval by clients

    Typical Workflow:
    Engineer works on a project for a customer.
    Engineer completes timesheet for hours spent on that project.
    Timesheet is approved by customer's project manager / user
    Approved timesheet is sent with invoice to customer finance.

    So far the Zoho process assumes hours and costs are managed internally, and not approved by the customer. This is not normal. At the moment zoho books does not allow:
    Approval of timesheets by customer (hardcopy is fine)
    Reporting of project time per project / customer (so that other customers cannot see hours spent on other projects)

  5. Hypertext link between report lines and Zoho Books

    When creating a report, it would be interesting if a hyperlink takes us back to the desired place on Zoho Books. Example: I generate an expense report in Excel and for each line a link is created to the Zoho Books expense. So, I can easily recover the attached file.

  6. CRM Expenditures and Orders

    When you assign a Zoho Books expense to a customer, the Potential drop-down menu appears. It would be interesting if the order numbers of these customers could also be chosen from a drop-down menu.

  7. associate receipt with an expense in the mobile app

    The mobile app allows a user to upload a receipt image. It would be very useful to be able to then associate it with an expense the same way as in the web interface.

  8. Budget alerts based on percentage remaning

    Add % based alerts for the budget line items. If I'm at X% of my allowed budget for that particular item I'd like to know about it without having to open up the budget to see where it's at for each project.

  9. Remove or hide account names in system accounts that are not used in US

    Some of the account types and names are not applicable in the US and should not show up in the 'chart of accounts' or on my budget sheet. We should be allowed to at a minimum hide non-relevant fields. Renaming them is of no use when they are not used.

  14. make a placeholder for the email recipients first name and last name.

    Larger corporations have multiple contacts where estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices etc need to be sent. It would be great to use the email recipients first name and/or last name as a placeholder within the email template. Using the primary contacts names is not adequate and requires too much babysitting.

  15. Easy Assembly for Composite Items made of Composite Items

    We're a manufacturing company and we build our products.
    We need to be able to assemble a composite item that is required to be in stock for another composite item to be assembled.

    Ex: I'm selling 3 types of tables but they all have the same legs. So the legs are a composite item (wood, glue, screws) but the table is also a composite item made of 4 legs and 1 top. How can I, in the invoice, assemble the legs I need in order to assemble the Table?

    In estimates and invoices we would like to be able to upload an image beside the description so our client can visually see what they're purchasing. at the moment, there isn't any way I can input an image.

  17. Import addresses

    Currently, we can export customers additional addresses.
    But we cannot import.
    This is very much needed, especially when migrating from other software and some customers can have 100's of addresses.

    Currently there is a limit to the number of items you can attach to a customer. The limit is 10. It should be more.

  20. Button to Apply Credits from Vendor Advance

    Apply Credits from Vendor Advance (same for Customer Advance), If there is a button to Apply Automatic the available balance from top to bottom, instead of punch in amount individualy, it would be much easier.
