  1. Would like to see Expenses and Bills posting

    Would like to see Expenses and Bills posted/attached to a specific invoice and not the Client in general.Then view a report with the Income Statement for that specific invoice.

  2. Search creates so much work for me, due to it does not understand the need for allowing duplicate org names. Add other searchable fields!!!

    Used SalesForce for 10 years. We have hundreds of Religious Organizations with the same name. When I'm creating invoices or recurring invoices I literally must open at least 3 screens to make sure I have the correct client. 1 screen consisting of the report im running from zoho CRM (which i dump into excel), another screen in zoho BOOKS (which also opens a long list of hundreds of the same name clients that i have requested. And another zoho CRM screen where i do searches on my unique account number. Something that should take seconds turns into a 15 minute…

  3. Automated Recurring Invoice creation at the item level

    Automated Recurring Invoice creation at the product level

    There should be a way to define an item as a recurring revenue item in the item details pane in Zoho Inventory. When the item is sold, a recurring invoice should automatically be created based on the predetermined "repeat every" date.

  4. Update price lists when invoice line item price changes

    I have associated price lists to each customer but when my prices increase, I would like to see the price list automatically be updated so that the customer will then be charged the most recent price without having to manually update the price lists daily.
    Some items are not on customers lists, but when they start to order the item, it would be great to have the last price they were charged automatically on their price list.
    If there is a workflow that anyone knows of that could enable this, I'd greatly appreciate your comments.

  5. allow payment arrangements

    We invoice a customer for £300 and allow them to pay this off at £10 a week. I need to be able to set up a payment plan/arrangement

  6. Multiple entity on the same account

    Running multiple project inside a same entity. Now we need separate cash flow for different project. Now buying different account doesnt get the syncing in place.

    Now adding different entity. you can charge the same amount. However it should get synced up with parent account. This way we can know how much money moved from parent account to the group account.

  10. Enter a Purchuse order received from Customer

    Create a facility of adding a PO received from Customers. Sometimes one gets a PO with the full details but one invoices from that PO over a said period of time.

  11. Add Selector Tool for Companies to Choose the States they Ship to

    Currently I only ship to a couple states but I have no way of stopping a purchase if a customer orders from a state I don't ship to. I really need this service to prevent bad customer experiences where I have to cancel orders. - Thank you.

  14. Will it be possible to add an option in Estimates to hide the SKU?

    I know it is possible to hide the SKU on all PDF's, but will it be possible to add an option only to hide it in the Estimates module?

  16. Fix the workflow disconnect for Estimates to Sales Order and beyond.

    There is no ability to calculate shipping in the Estimate. One has to create a Sales Order, then create a package(s), write down the info, back out of Packages and lose the data, key the total into the Estimate. When customer accepts you need to go back into the SO and recreate the packages, then move the confirmed SO out and on to fulfillment. Too many steps, redundancy built in. Should have Package ability in the estimate, and an accepted Estimate should also be convertible to a Sales Order (not just directly to an Invoice). Thank you.

  18. Chart of accounts - we NEED capability to number GL accounts. This seems to be so basic requirement for any accounting system

    There is nothing more to describe. Capability to number GL accounts is a basic principle to good chart of accounts. If I have 100+ or more accounts, finding one is becoming a chore and might become a nightmare... I am here on a trial basis now, but it looks like I need to look for something different. Good luck - might come back when account numbering is available. Cheers :)

  19. To be able to select Items as Tasks in the project creation.

    We have created a series of items in order to create estimates. But I would like to be able to select these 'items' i the same way when creating a project.

  20. Pouvoir gérer les pourcentages positifs (Ex. +5%)

    En suisse les avocats doivent envoyer des notes de frais au Tribunal avec les honoraires du Timesheet +5%.

    Actuellement dans Zoho, on peut gérer (+) 100 , (-) 100, (-) 5% mais pas (+) 5%.

    Il est indispensable de pouvoir créer des (+) x% dans les sous-totaux avant ou après la TAX.
