  1. Restrict Bank / Cash Accounts

    There should be an option di allow/restrict individual bank/cash accounts as I don't want a user to see all of the business's accounts. For example, I only want user X to maintain a petty cash account without being able to see all of the other accounts.

  5. Take into account Committed Stock in Reorder Report

    We have a longer shipping delay and a lot of orders coming in daily. We need the reorder report to include committed stock in order to be ahead of our inventory.

    Example:
    Items in stock: 50
    Reorder point: 40
    On Sales Order: 35 (Committed Stock)
    On Purchase Order: 10

    That's 50 items in stock, minus 30 committed stock we're at 20 available stock.
    I already have 10 on a PO so to get back up to 40 I would need to order 20 more.

    Basic inventory management equation:
    In stock items - Committed Stock + On Purchase Order - Reorder…

  6. I would like to have Khmer Unicode Font in Zoho Book and Zoho Inventory.

    I can't print anything from Zoho book and zoho inventory into my language of Khmer. Therefore, I need it.

    Sometimes, a user can erase an Invoice for mistake.

    It will be helpful a recycling bin to can restore it.

  8. Allow Contact Mobile in Invoice Reports

    You can Please allow us to add Contacts Mobile/Email numbers in Invoice Reports because Most people that are service oriented needs to call Customers in a Particular Duration of Say 3-6 Months. So When we generate report, We want Clients mobile number to be printed along for easy access.

  12. auto sync bank feeds

    Bank feeds should not need to be manually initiated or varified. The bank transactions should automatically sync/pull from the bank based on a schedule.

    For example, I am a long time Quickbooks user and the bank feeds are pulled/updated automatically daily. The trigger is the first login of the day.

    I am strongly considering leaving Zoho because of this missing feature.

  15. Easier Receipt Upload from Mobile App

    Make uploading receipts from mobile app quicker and easier. It would be nice if receipts could simply be uploaded and categorized later, or even better some of the basic information extracted and details could be changed later. This will make the receipt upload process take mere seconds while on mobile app. Most clients are busy and if we make it as easy as possible to get receipts uploaded, that will help everyone.

    Create a payment type of Gift Card and enable the selling of gift cards with all the proper GL transactions automated.

  18. integrate Red Oxygen SMS with Zoho books

    There is only one SMS service provider available, Twilio. May I request an integration with Red Oxygen SMS API.

    API is simple which uses Red Oxygen account ID, username/email address and password.

  20. Project Profitability should be part of Standard version

    I feel Project Profitability module which is currently part of the Professional version should be part of the Standard version. For small companies like mine Standard is sufficient, just need the Project Profitability since we are a project based company & need to know costing & profits of a particular project. Gross Profit = Sales Invoice minus Purchase Bills. Dont want to spend on Professional only for this.
