  1. API for Client Portal Access

    We need to provide users access to their Client Portal via API. For example, the user is listed as a contact for their organization in books, I want to send an API request to enable Portal Access for that user.

  2. when importing bank feeds to also include check images provided by the bank

    Automatically upload check image provided by the bank to "Attach Receipt" drop down list in banking feed. This will allow you to stay in zoho and not have to open bank page separately in order to see who the check was made out to.

  4. Be able to view reports broken down by month

    Be able to view the reports by month. It is very important for businesses to know how much income and expenses they generate at specific periods during the year. At least the most popular reports, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flows, income by customer, etc.

  7. Add delivery date column in Invoice templates

    We need delivery date column in Invoice templates because sometimes delivery date is different then the invoice. So we need mention the date seperately. Delivery Notes are getting created based on Invoice but DN date should be picked up from the delivery date vale if that is available.

  8. We would like to have profit report on sales invoice as well as profit report on customer base. Please let us know if you have such report.

    We would like to have profit report based on sales invoice as well as based on each customers. This is very important for us to decide which product and customers are profitable for us.

  9. Vendor terms

    Settlement discounts as a percentage based on vendor terms.
    Lots of vendors offer a % discount if paid within the agreed terms, be nice if Zoho auto deducted this amount automatically if paid on time:-)

  11. Auto Show Books Contacts in Zoho Support Desk.

    By This Feature No Need to Create Contact Details 2ndTimes. and also assgin task for customers and easily billing after completeion of projects or task.

  13. Increase dropdown custom fields limit for Invoice Estimate and Purchase Order

    Hi,
    It would be great if you could increase the limit of dropdown custom fields for Invoice ,Estimate and Purchase orders ..right now it is not enough to meet requirement where Purchase order can have only one dropdown fields.

  14. Create inventory packages in books

    Creating packages within books for both sales orders &/or Invoices would be ideal as it solves the problem of having warehouse staff seeing monetary figures (giving them access to packages only) & also saves the guys that enter details in books having to go into Inventory to do this !!

  16. Invoice from Timesheet - Date and Time as Entry Label Options

    When you generate an invoice from the timesheet area of the app... it gives you some options on how you want your log to be imported into the invoice...When using the include every time log entry... The options for the Task Label are very limited... I would like the following options to be added: Date of the Log, Start time, and End time

  17. Have items auto-populate under Retainer Invoices

    I'd love for our items/products to be auto-populated similar to the normal invoices. I'd simply love for the retainer invoices to be structured exactly like a regular invoice.

  18. Add a way to template invoice preferences for projects

    The majority of our projects are invoiced with the same fields.
    We have a project template that we clone.
    The cloned projects inherit the invoice preferences of the original.
    But - if you edit or rename the project after the initial clone, the invoice preferences re-set.
    It is annoying to have to constantly re-set the invoice preferences.
    If we could set our default preferences we would only need to deal with them occasionally

  20. Allow tasks to have due dates attached to them and then be able to show all tasks in a priority list (to-do list).

    Right now, we list projects and then have tasks within each project. When allocating resources, it would be helpful to have a bird's-eye view of what tasks need to be completed and when for all projects. But have this list not sorted by client or project, but rather as the due date -- (and have each task reference its project and client).
