Allow tasks to have due dates attached to them and then be able to show all tasks in a priority list (to-do list).
Right now, we list projects and then have tasks within each project. When allocating resources, it would be helpful to have a bird's-eye view of what tasks need to be completed and when for all projects. But have this list not sorted by client or project, but rather as the due date -- (and have each task reference its project and client).
