the ledger statement should also show the cheque numbers, so as to verify the payments made to our vendors. this feature is already their in Tally & other accounting software. please incorporate this feature as well

Multiple Item Within a Single Item with Different Rates
I want to add multiple service in same Item. This will help in adding different Tax Rates for each. Further this feature will helpful for service provider.
Example: if any service include government challan [PART 1] and it is part of service fees then it should be taxed NIL, but the professional fees [PART 2] has to be taxed.

Description in quantity
Make an Optional Text Tab under the "quantity" in Invoice.

Inventory Pool
As a service provider we do a lot of little jobs and a lot of jobs with a lot of parts. When it comes to invoicing we would love to be able to do a purchase order and create a pool of active parts that we can drag into an invoice without complicating our jobs by creating a project for each one.
So we can go to the supplier and purchase a range of products and then add them to a "quarantine" area. We can then keep track of what's in the quarantine area and if we've missed invoicing anything.…1 vote -

DUNS & Bradstreet, D&B Hoovers and Credit risk monitoring integration with zoho books
Small businesses not being paid by bigger clients and clients of all sizes is a huge problem. It will be nice if Zoho develops integration with DUNS & Bradstreet(D&B) and Credit risk monitoring integration with Zoho books. Also D&B Hoovers integration will be nice with CRM. Discoveryorg already has Zoho integration. If D&B hoovers and Linkedin sales navigator can also be integrated that would be amazing

Payments integration in vendor portal of Zoho recruit or any other portal
If we can pay automatically for time sheets submitted or invoice submitted after approved time sheet, Sales order, purchase order that would be great. Once vendor submits approved time sheets, we should be able to process payments based on net payment terms set

Show dates on entries and status changes in "uservoice"
This whole uservoice experience is fairly un-usable. How can I assess status on anything if I can't see the dates comments are added or more importantly. When was the last time an entry moved from "work in progress" to "delivered"??????? I'd be more interested in applying my votes to topics that had or needed momentum.

Hide "Receivables" from Contacts
Hello,
We are a small IT Services company. We would like to give employees/Engineers the ability to create Estimates/Quotes for customers. Through the system we are able to create new users and limit their access/privileges to "Quotes/Estimates" only without them seeing anything else in the Books. However, when they login and click on "Contacts" they see the Contacts names and a column called "Receivables" with $$$ amounts . We would want to hide this column from our employees and don't want them to see how much clients owe us or have paid us. Is it possible to hide this column…

how do we remove annexure page from the estimate. I deleted all the content from the annexure text box. Saved it. However, while converting it in a PDF file, I still get blank page 2.

make comments editable.
In invoice contacts, under Comments, I can enter and delete comments, but cannot edit them once entered. It would be nice if comments could be edited.

When displaying a Match for importing a banking statement,Display the description.
When displaying a Match for importing a banking statement, it would be helpful to see the Description of the possible match so as not to accidentally match to the wrong entry when there are more than one possible match with he main difference being the actual receipt. I have had it where the vendor, date and amount are the same but we have several entries for the same day but each is a different category with different receipts. The only difference between the multiple entries is the description.

An option to CHOOSE if we want BACKUP VERIFICATON CODES instead of automatically being assigned.
If people setup enough backup phone numbers/email addresses, is there really a need for backup verification codes? Think SECURITY . Small businesses are a major target of undetected malware and if unknowingly your computer is being controlled remotely by a hacker. There are a lot of scenarios from digital security issues to disgruntled employees, where preventative measures here could go a long way.
