We are a small IT Services company. We would like to give employees/Engineers the ability to create Estimates/Quotes for customers. Through the system we are able to create new users and limit their access/privileges to "Quotes/Estimates" only without them seeing anything else in the Books. However, when they login and click on "Contacts" they see the Contacts names and a column called "Receivables" with $$$ amounts . We would want to hide this column from our employees and don't want them to see how much clients owe us or have paid us. Is it possible to hide this column from users that only have access to Estimates?

We are willing to pay Zoho up to $500 to add this feature because it is going to help us a lot.
