we need calendar to add the purchased items to remind us for the renewal.

credit control - stop future statements/automatic debtor chase emails temporarily
It would be great if there was a feature which, once you've spoken to a client and agreed a future payment date, would stop any future automatic statements or debtor chases.
I would see it as follows:
There's a debt collectors box attached to either 1) the customer's account as a whole, or 2) certain invoices on a customers account.
Either way, if there was a "postpone statements, automatic reminder letters to request payment" up to a certain date this would be AMAZING!

To associate invoice with credit note
It will be more helpful and good if the invoice details displayed in the credit note automatically for editing when it is asking for the associated invoice number. The problem now is it is more time consuming to refer the old invoice for details. Hope the team will make this for us.

add automatic reminders that be added to subscriptions and books
You should add reminders that can be treated differently for different modules.
I.E. you should be able to communicate one thing to customers in subscription, another in books.

Stop mobile device from locking when timer is running
I have forgotten that the mobile app timer was running, or just really wanted to be able to glance at my phone to see the current timer while working, but you do not have an option to stop the phone from locking while the timer is running. Please add that! It's definitely possible, Map My Ride has the "keep screen on" option to do exact that.

To display recently Searched items
Display recently Searched items or contacts or sales order or invoices etc. Guess that would be best addition which might be useful to all user's and it might cut the valuable time from typing in the recurring searches.

Taiwan Payment Gateway
Taiwan gateways should be connected to the Government Uniform Invoicing (GUI) System and therefore we cannot use the Gateways as offered by Zoho.

I need different sales rate for different quantity at the time of invoicing. This should come automatically once it is updated in ITEMS
I give different rate to different customers as per their quantity purchase. So i need 3 slabs of sales rate based on quantity. while creating invoice, as i change quantity, rate should come automatically accordingly.

Deleting contacts should remove all data
You should be able to delete a contact and all associated data should be deleted with it, not have to delete individual timesheets, projects, invoices and payments. It is a frustrating waste of time.

In the report 'Sales by Item' please add the option to select by 'Item Name' or a variation that includes contains.
Our Inventory is over 2500 items and the report is very difficult to use when looking for specific types of items. Also we want to use Item groups but there is no reporting for it in Inventory. Please help.1 vote -
We categorize Items in Masters with sales account.We should able to see the monthly sale by sales account with tax and without tax.
Quantity must be shown as in Sales Invoices.
