Invoice Number and Date should be Bold.
You should give the option to BOLD the INVOICE Number and INVOICE date.

Qty. Ordered should also be visible in Inventory Item.
You should also display "Quantity Ordered" below Stock on Hand or below Committed Stock in Item page.
This will give better visibility for material Purchase planning.

get the 2 factor authentication to work with sonicwall hardware/software
you have two factor authentication. It would be nice if we could integrate it with the VPN unit (sonicwall firewall).

I want suggest products expiring date
I will like to suggest that inventory items should have expiring date at the point when you buy (supplier invoice) and when you sell. (cust. Invoice). there should also be a set of reports that show me movement and valuation report as per expiring. The report such that I can filter reports in weeks month and year.

I should be able to pick items based on there expiry date when raising customer invoices.
There should be reports that shows movement, valuation etc with the ability to filter those reports using diff criteria.
Ability to filtering at a glance, the report per expiring date in week, month and years. Also the system should generate alerts mail or displayed on dashboard.1 vote -

Chart of accounts:
Is it possible under the chart of accounts to select which account is visible when you are entering in an expense. It is a pain to have to wade through all of the accounts to select which one to categorize an expense.

We have retail outlet of Essar oil limited and in petrol & Diesel vat tax is levied as per Indian government rules.So vat tax should be in zoho books

Trial balance should have option to show all accounts
Trial balance should have option to show all accounts even if there is no movement. Currently asset & liability show all accounts but not income & expense.
When copying & pasting trial balance data into a spread sheet it is important that ALL accounts are shown or the alignment of rows changes all the time.

Add project details for expenses on invoices
Although you can associate expenses with a Project. On customer invoices there is no way to display the associated project with an expense line item. Therefore the customer has no way of knowing which expense is associated with a particular project. My customer invoices contain multiple projects and their associated line items.

the data from reports should be emailable directly withoput having to save a PDF of that data
the idea is to be able to email any data from any report without having to save a PDF on any desktop. i was unable to send a monthly bill account of a particular customer for a particular period directly through an email. i had to make a PDF,save it on my computer and then attach it with email.

Estimates should not say "Bill To". Please change to "Attention"
I know it says in big letters "ESTIMATE" at the top-right of the page but above the client name it says "Bill To". This is contradicting as an estimate in NOT and invoice/bill. Please change it.
A client recently got confused and paid it as an invoice. Perhaps this is why.

There should be a plan to manage Personal Books of Multiple Family Member within Same Price or a little more.
I have been using Zoho Books since 01 Apr 2018 and i am now loving it.
I only use it for my personal accounting books management and not for my company or anything else.
I would also like to manage the books of my family member (wife) and to do so i have to purchase a new license in the Zoho Books.
Can you create functionality like i can manage the books of multiple members from same account with a little additional fees?

Fix search function in card view
I cannot search for active projects in card view -- if I am in the Active view and run a search while looking at the project cards, it automatically changes to all and includes inactive searches in the results.

Add account information to bill report
Can you please add the account information to the bill reports. I shouldn't have to click into each bill to see what ledger was expensed.
