sub contacts
PLEASE, PLEASE add sub contacts!!! This is the one thing that really sets you apart from Quickbooks. It is a necessity when your work is in the service industry and you have multiple locations through one company. Even unlimited shipping addresses would help. We work with management companies that can have a hundred locations. This would put your software ahead of Quickbooks!

Please provide the ability to sync the new Attention field from Books to CRM
Love the newly added ATTENTION field for Contacts in Zoho Books, but even though I've created a custom field called ATTENTION in Zoho CRM so that I can associate the fields for my sync, Zoho will not provide me the option in the integration interface to associate the ATTENTION field at all.

Block entry in ledger for user
I want to block user to entry in a sub account. Like Under Cash in hand I will create 3 sub account. Like Cash 1, Cash 2, Cash 3. I want a way to block user 1 to entry in Cash 2 and Cash 3 so that he can only use cash 1.

CRM/Books Integration -
We lose a ton of options because we choose to use Books. Here is a list of what we lose by using books. It doesn't seem smart to penalize your customers when they choose to add more of your services.
1 - No Docusign in Books
2 - The HTML options are limited when creating a custom estimate template.
3 - Terms & Conditions has a word count max.

in INDIA there is one category who collect payment from your customer and gives you weekly or monthly payout
please add "payment collection agency" in Banking Tab

Save and New Option for Bills
It would be more efficient when bulk entering bills to have a "Save & New" option. Instead of having to save each bill and then click on create a new bill you could simply click "save and new" and a new bill screen would automatically load.

Must have ability to re-orders fields on templates versus being stuck with the order (time) each field was added.
This applies to all Books fields within the various templates (Estimates, Sales Orders).

Bug - Tokens Not Translating
We have our ZoHo in English, but are sending German invoices. We have our invoice template language set to German, yet when we use %(m)% to generate the month, is generated in English, and not German.

Hi I want to select the timesheet-activity status either to 100% or into a value within ["Not Started", "WIP", "Done", "Reopened", "Fixed"]
Currently the status column depends only on time worked it seems. But Work status is a complex field based on human agility and management.

For any transaction provide the option to view the same in Journal format, by clicking on the respective sales / purchase / expense bill.
While viewing any entry in one account, not able to see which are all the accounts effected in a particular entry of sales/ purchase/expense

Weekly time log: add arrows to move back and forth through the weeks. Currently you see three weeks back and when you focus on a week the forward weeks are not visible anymore. Leave 3 weeks visible and put the focus on the middle one and allow the user to move forward one week or back one week

A selection for contact name under the field for ATTN
It will be good if there is a new drop list or selection to choose the new created Estimate or Invoice is ATTN to which contact user within the same company. Currently it is very troublesome where A company has many different contact from different department, but the created PDF is always being defaulted to primary contact. And in order to set ATTN to the user we want, we have to manually go to Contact setting to assign the user as primary role, then switch to another contact name again for invoicing. Very inconvenient and time consuming.

I will be very helpful at the mobile app Contacts Module a way to see transactions by category.

Developers' Version
I suggest developers should be provided with a free version of ZOHO products so that they can integrate and develop things for their clients. That version may be restricted to be used only by developers. One way of ensuring that may be to restrict the number of transactions in developers’ version.
I believe the developers/consultants are the true promoters of any 3rd party software. So, they should be facilitated in every aspect.1 vote
