  1. add vacation tracking so that an employee knows how many hours he/she has left

    Right now, we have to go to HR who has to log in and get a report to see how much time a person has left for vacation hours. This is time consuming, and not always immediately available. Would be nice to see for an employee to be able to get a report of how many vacation hours they gave left.

  2. Modification of Dutch translation for Open Bills

    Can you please change the wording now used for an open bill from 'Openen' to 'Openstaand' which is the appropriate translation as the Dutch 'openen' is opening in english which has no relation whatsoever with outstanding bills.

  3. While making an invoice, if a discount percentage is entered, it should show as an amount on the printed pdf.

    At the time of making an invoice, it gives us an option to give discount as a percentage or an amount. I need to give the discount as a percentage but need to show it as an amount on the pdf. So, even though I select percentage and enter a percentage at the time of creating an invoice, it should calculate the discount as an amount and show it on the pdf as an amount and not as a percentage.

    I've just agreed for the basic package. But it seems everything is blocked : I can't implement any invoices for the client, and any invoices from the supplier. Really we are lost : the program asked me to update again ???? Can you explain ??? It's urgent.

  6. Know Trial Period left and change profile pic

    There is no Way to know how many days of trial is left for me.
    Plus I can't figure out how to setup my picture in the user profile.

  8. Print a Contact

    We are a gun club and like to verify members each month. You should have a way to a simply do a quick print of the customer (name, address, phone, etc) that can print during check in of the client, so they can quickly verify all their information is correct, like may dr's offices do. I would really like to see this feature soon. Thanks!!

  10. Share Particular Expenses Account to User

    IN this Feature.
    Suppose that You have 5 Salesperson . Some Sales Person Expense something byself. but if admin of books allow to create Expense. Then Salesperson see all expense of company.

  15. Add Totals to Banking

    There is no Totals row when you click to view transactions made from a particular bank account. Similarly, when you want to limit date criteria for a month and view all transactions in that month from a particular bank account, there is no total amount at the bottom of the screen! There is only a "Total count" off rows which is not as important as the Total amount of all the transactions for a particular period linked to a particular bank account. Please add this asap, otherwise i have to export manually into excel then add rows which should not…

  16. Group transactions showing the total of grouped documents within

    In Contacts section, in the "Go to transactions" you grouped transactions in nice drill-down groups. Very Nice!

    Can you put nearby each header group a count of how many transactions are grouped?

    This way, we can avoid to open the Group just to chek if it is empty or not. Also to easier the tracking of documents.

  17. associate expenses to invoices

    all i want is, to associate every expense that may belong to a particular sale that i made. for example, lets say i sold you a shirt for $100. you paid me $100 and now you received your shirt and you are happy......
    now i have to calculate the cost of everything that had to do with that sale, for example... the shirt cost me $50. the shipping of the shirt to you cost me $10. the sewing material that i needed to buy in order to fix the shirt (before i could have sold it to you) cost me…

  18. Last updated date in estimation export

    When we export an estimate, we would like a last updated date as one of the field. It not being there has major issue in integration with our CRM and other system that we are using. And having to manually enter date in custom field is casuing a lot of hours being wasted.

  20. move to shipping

    allow invoices or sales orders to be moved to a category called 'ready for shipment'. as soon as an order is paid or simply ready for shipment, we 'move it into this new category and than our logistics manager can do into that window as he sees all these orders are now ready for shipment, and he go ahead and schedule those shipments to go to our client. after that he can mark as shipped/delivered or partially shipped/delivered. that way we can always keep track of our orders status from beginning to end without having to dig into old printed…
