  2. Open the integration between Zoho Book & Shopify to Singapore

    Hi,
    As Shopify is officially launch in Singapore and people are starting to use Shoipify for their ecommerce. May we suggest Zoho to consider open up the existing integration between Book & Shopify to Singapore or even Asia market?

  3. Need to add product pictures to "items" that are printable.

    I love this program and ease of use, but if you dont add product pictures that are printable and viewable by customers... then i'm going to have to find another software program. If you need to charge more for cloud space... then I'm willing to pay for that. Please upgrade soon.

  4. Include items/tax placeholder in email templates

    Please include placeholders for Items in email templates so that we can include a summary of charges in the email body itself and client can see details of items without downloading PDF invoice.

    Good morning, I suggest that the invoices and delivery notes comes two signatures because I when delivering the delivery note to the customer I sign and the customer then also have to sign, then placing a custom field for one more signature is very important.

  6. Additional user defined invoice & Purchase order statuses

    I'd love to have Additional user defined invoice & Purchase order statuses the we can apply & shown on the top right, like the "Open" & "Overdue" on the top left & be able to do reports on them. Such as ...
    Invoices: "To be processed", "Ready for dispatch", "Delivered" etc
    Purchase orders : "Received", "Part received", "Awaiting production" etc.

  7. Create a better individual timesheet log

    We can already see the weekly timesheet log for one person, but the UX is bad. I want to see the complete name of the project and the task and if the task is billable or not. I need more totals (billable, not billable, by client). I want to start the chronometer there.

    The other view, where I can see timesheets by day becomes crazy when you have more than 20 entries. Harvest is a very good exemple to follow for time logging.

  8. pricelist for purchase order

    Sometimes, if you have to purchase goods for a special customer, you can purchase for a better price at your vendor. then it would be very handy to have a purchase price list.

    This is also very needed if you work with resellers. If you have to purchase something for a reseller at your Vendor you mostly purchase for a better margin.

    please have a look this this. it's 95% similiar to the pricelist for invoices

  10. enter a direct to Void check

    Sometimes you know you have destroyed a check - and would like to record that check number as being "Void" - and it has a $0.00 value.

    Zoho Books will not let me enter a Zero value. I cannot record an item as void - I can only delete it and have no record of the check being destroyed.

  11. enable rounding on the time recorded for a job.

    I'd love to be able to say that time recorded in a project under time sheets using the timer rounds off to the nearest 10 minutes, or 15 minutes, or whatever I choose.

  12. put a sort option in chart of accounts

    Once Chart of accounts is open, accounts are listed in no specific order. It would be nice if there was an option to sort accounts so they follow the order of the financial statements.

  13. The ability to mark multiple projects inactive/completed at one time, rather than individually.

    This would be a huge time saver if the project list had a checkbox next to project where you can mark it "complete" or "inactive," instead of manually opening each project to deactivate. I work on hundreds of projects a year, so that would be very helpful feature to have.

  14. A Comment from one of our customers

    Just a suggestion!

    When one makes an online payment one is taken to the paypal login and then after the payment is executed there is no "return" to the portal (unless you back out through the back arrow).

    So it just sort of leaves you hanging on the paypal confirmation!

    I suggest opening a new browser tab to take one to the paypal link and keeping the portal in the original tab.

    I suggest to add the feature Sales Target, Sales Target Actual Vs Target Report.Sales Target by Qty,Sales Target by Amount.+ Multi currency. Tag /Division wise target

  18. Future invoice date as future SEND date

    Because the recurring invoices must all have the same preferences, I use recurring invoices for automatic payments and have invoices to be sent automatically setup as drafts to be sent later. I believe this is the best option and probably what most people are doing, but let me know if I am incorrect.

    There are a few default option for future date to send. The invoice date should be one.

    Also there should be a preference not to send email notification on weekends, business days only. But this is not as important.

  19. seperate bills & Expenses in reports sections. like it is separated in Users & Roles. a no access user to expenses still can see it inreport

    in Roles, it is great to allow us to separate the access between the bills & the expenses. but surprisingly still the user can see the expenses registered in the bills reports!!
