  1. Self Client Registration Portale

    I suggest client can signup themself in Client Portal it's easy and fast.
    Client portal it's just a form with all fieled need to make invoice.

  2. Add a line item between other line items

    Can only add new lines at the bottom of an estimate and then try to drag it up to go where it needs to be. Very frustrating when needing to add one or two lines to a 200 line estimate.

  3. multiple tickets on single invoice

    It would be useful to be able to select tickets to invoice by customer, rather than 1 invoice per ticket.

    Currently I run a report that shows all billable, closed tickets by client. I then select the tickets one at a time, which results in 1 invoice per ticket and some of our customers may have 5 or 6 tickets per month, often for small amounts.

  5. Display AR Aging Summary By Invoice Due Date at the bottom of the customer Statement of Account

    It will be helpful to add aging of the invoices at the bottom of statement for customers or vendors Cuz it's highly required by many our customers besides,
    Some accounting software's provide that feature already. So it won't be difficult to apply it in ZohoBooks !!

  6. Transaction confidentiality per Branch

    We want to have a login option per branch and confidentiality of branch transactions. The list of customers, invoices, and other transactions per branch is only visible to the admin and branch user. Other branches should not be able to see other branches' customer lists and transactions.

    Also, we want to have a feature that you can create a customized report including the sales, invoices, payments received, expenses, etc. on a single report, to avoid the number of papers used per report.

    Hope this will be considered.

    I am now unable to edit / delete Audit Reports. I think Admin should be given the flexibility to edit / delete Audit Reports if needed.

  8. enter part payments on expenses and have the option of payment pending

    Not all expenses are paid for immediately. There are expenses which are paid after a period of time, fixed asset purchases are made in parts over a year, which needs tracking.
    Currently payments are made over the year and recorded as advance payments. But you cant select multiple payments and match it with an expense bill. which has been paid for by multiple accounts. Expenses should have a payment pending status just like the bills.

    As of now I record payments as advance and the expense says paid through prepaid expenses.
    But net effect I have an advance under my…

  9. In case of more than 50 lacs single invoice TCS tax is applicable, but in few case it's not applicable. those details are missing in FAQ.

    In case of more than 50 lacs single invoice TCS tax is applicable, but in case of Trading this tax is not applicable, but in your FAQ in this not mentioned.

    Please provide more details on TCS tax.

  13. Please add Payment dates on the invoice OR add payment date at item list

    Once an invoice is paid it reflects a payment at the bottom but please can you add the payment date of each individual payment, I urgently need this so that my clients can use the invoice to claim back from their medical aid.

    Alternatively each payment date and amount can also be added to the item list in order to act as a transaction/account history.

    is not available in ZOHO bank integration,... As CIC, Crédit mutuel bank do ! Why ????
    I suggest to add LCL Bank with EBIC format French Bank

  15. Create Advanced Inventory Expense Account Associations for Proper Cost Accounting

    Hi Zoho - Right now, inventory items can only be associated with one expense account, meaning that an organization that wants to track multiple specific expenses and "tie" them to a single inventory item cannot do so.

    The use case is this, if a company manufacturers products and has $100 of materials cost, and $100 of direct labor costs, they should be able to associate those two expenses to the total inventory item cost. Then, when the product sells, those two expenses should finally be realized on the P+L.

  16. improve CIS reports

    in the UK it is a legal requirement to send a CIS statement to your subcontractors monthly

    At present the system is clunky, you have to add custom filters and then download a pdf report and email out

    It would be a lot easier if you could run a report that automatically filtered only subcontractors billed in the month, and sent the statement automatically to the email address stored in their vendor details at set up

    Would be great to have a feature where you can send

  17. Simplify invoices when working with Size Variants

    We're a Clothing company and we've been using Zoho Books since the beginning.
    Now we're working with a lot of different items we find all our invoices become really long and not easy to understand by our clients and when we want to double check stuff.

    There's way too many lines because of the size variants, so let's say a client orders 20 different items in 5 different sizes, this means 100 lines and 6 pages.

    Are you able to make a summary or just show all variants in one line?

  18. Effective from Rate Per Hour in projects

    I have an ongoing project billed by the hour, everything is perfect.

    This month I negotiated new rates for a couple of assigned users to this project. So I edited the project, updated the Rate Per Hour and all the historical money calculation in the project was updated with the new rate which is wrong, so all numbers are wrong.

    Cost per hour have an Effective From option that avoids this scenario, I don't see why we don't have it in Rate Per Hour, unless there is another way to handle this that I couldn't find

  20. Tax Oweing show as part of Total Payables in Dashboard

    Tax oweing after Generating a tax return in the Canadian edition does not show up under the Total Payables amount on the Dashboard. This is terrible for running the business as the tax amount may not be due for 30 days or more and it should generate as a bill to the tax agency with payment terms so that it shows up in the Total Payables and gets paid on time. Otherwise tax oweing can get forgotten and significant penalties ensue.
