  1. Add a 'reference' field to the recurring bills / expenses

    When you're dealing with several recurring bills (or expenses) from the one vendor, it would be useful to identify what the new bill (or expense) is for once it is auto-created. gsuite for example: you could be handling different domains with one email account per domain - when the expense is created, is it for domain A, or B or C. A reference field in the recurring section would make life so much easier.

  2. Lock Functionality for Accountant

    2 different lock functionality

    Lock 1 - affect all users except accountant user
    Lock 2 - affect all users

    With the above Lock 1, accountant can review the accounts and make changes easily but not other users.

    Current lock feature is Lock 2.

    I want to group hours by task, but for each project, I want a subtotal of those hours.

  4. Invoice a sales order on another customer

    Possibility to invoice a sales order on another customer.

    Customer 'X' order some products. We deliver the products, but he wants them invoiced on another account, for example his company 'Y'.

    On today this is not possible, but frequently asked!

  5. Extended Exchange Rate Conversion

    It is very common for an international company to be obligated to report to the head office in a different currency. So far there has been no function that allows for fields showing the currency conversion in a different currency in for e.g. expense, journals, reports. This is a crucial function for us as an international company.

    MSMEs are an important sector in the Indian economy and its play a key role in economic and national development.   7. Match transaction by searching invoice number

    When a bank statement is uploaded, there is option to match invoices. The "Best Matches" only able to find invoices that have same amount. In my case, most of the transactions are pretty much have a same amount. Also the description of my bank statment included the invoice number. However, there are no option to find match invoice by searching invoice number.

    On the customers' screen, add LinkedIn as an additional social media link. For business contacts, this is more important than Facebook or Twitter.

  9. Allow displaying SKU numbers and Bin locations of items on the picking list

    Please allow the ability to enter the bin or shelf location of each item whenever a new item is created. This location should then be allowed to display on the picking list for easy location of the item. This is very critical for wholesale customers and will ensure the loyalty os Zoho inventory csutomers like me.

  11. tracking of items purchased for a particular project

    Ours is Contracting company where we purchase items for projects. Now we cannot get the list of materials purchased for a particular project. It would be great if we could track items purchased for a project.

  12. Default tax on each line for bills

    Currently I have to choose the tax for each line on any purchase order, expense or bill. I should be able to default it to GST for Australia as almost every item has the tax, the same as it does when an invoice is created.

  15. Allow Over 500 Options on Tags

    We have over 500 properties that we need to track in Zoho Books. There is no way for us to that without us having to create multiple reporting tags. It would be great if you allowed us to create more than 500 tags.

    Quickbooks allows users to have over 10000 classes which is a similar concept. We don't understand why you would limit the tags to 500.

  16. Option for Custom Invoice Paper Size

    At my company we use Dot Matrix Printers, we need to be able to customize the size of the paper. At the moment the only options are A4, A5 and Letter. We need more sizes, or better yet, custom sizes.

  19. have an option to Bulk Update Pricing of Items by a certain Percentage
