  2. Add employee column in bulk add expenses

    There isn't an option to customize & add employee column on the bulk add expenses screen.

  3. Invoice report with cost of sale for every invoice individually,

    Every item has a cost price recorded, I need an invoice report per sales person that include a column indicating to cost of sale on every invoice

  6. Categorize Transactions in iOS and Mac Apps

    I mostly use Zoho Books for keeping books, and as such, the vast majority of the time I spend with the service involves categorizing transactions. It would be extremely nice if I could do this on my iPhone, my iPad, or in the new Mac app, given that it's 99% of what I want to actually do with Zoho Books.

  7. Add dynamic statement descriptor in Stripe API for payments through ZOHO.

    Stripe supports dynamic statement descriptors with their API. This will enable customers (with applicable banks) to see a dynamic reference on their credit card statements. This can be incredibly useful for corporate or government card holders in their reconciliation processes. Highly suggest using the Invoice# as the number to report in dynamic reference.
    The relevant API data field is: "statement_descriptor". Currently in Stripe API, this is being reported as null.

  8. Zoho doesn't have progress claim options so far.

    Progressive claim for every item. we are waiting for your roadmap/pipeline to be included in this Zoho Books.

  9. mileage

    I have requested this many times and I don't think it would be hard to do. But when I add my mileage into the odometer reading on the app it does not keep the entry for when I am finished. So, I have to write the number on a piece of paper to add at the end of the trip . It would also be nice to have an easy way to take a photo of the odometer before and after.

  10. in Zoho Books Inbox, the amounts of the scanned document and matching transaction do not match

    From the Inbox in Zoho Books, if the amount of the amount of scanned document and the existing transaction do not match, we should be able to compare both, to see what doesn't match and modify the existing bill.

  11. Zoho Books Inbox, have multiple email adresses that redirect to the scanned documents

    If we have multiple email adresses that can redirect to the Inbox of Zoho Books, we should also be able to automatically redirect each emails received to a specific folder to already filter if it is a sales order, purchase order, bill, ... So that the designated person can take care of the transaction.

  12. Enable click on income graph in customer overview to show the related transactions of that income

    In customer Module -> customer View there is no way to see any sales without invoice.
    In the overview tab, the Icome Graph show the income by month, and the amount if over with the mouse.
    However you can't know to which transaction are related this income unless you go to search for this transaction in the banking module, or you generate a report that include the sales without invoice in the report.

    It will be much easier and faster just to click on the month income bar of the graph, to show all the related transaction of that customer…

  13. PLEASE ADD DISCOUNT COLUMN FOR EACH ITEM IN PURCHASE ORDER BEFORE SUB TOTAL

    ITEM WISE DISCOUNT COLUMN WILL BE HELPFUL BECAUSE ALL THE ITEMS MAY NOT HAVE SAME % OF DISCOUNT.............PLEASE TRY TO INITIATE IT.

  15. Expense - Manage Categories

    In Zoho Expense, Manage Categories, there are only two options. Neither of which I want the expenses that people enter to go to. Not really a helpful setup area if you can't apply the accounts you want to use.

  16. Timesheet approval by clients

    Typical Workflow:
    Engineer works on a project for a customer.
    Engineer completes timesheet for hours spent on that project.
    Timesheet is approved by customer's project manager / user
    Approved timesheet is sent with invoice to customer finance.

    So far the Zoho process assumes hours and costs are managed internally, and not approved by the customer. This is not normal. At the moment zoho books does not allow:
    Approval of timesheets by customer (hardcopy is fine)
    Reporting of project time per project / customer (so that other customers cannot see hours spent on other projects)

  17. Hypertext link between report lines and Zoho Books

    When creating a report, it would be interesting if a hyperlink takes us back to the desired place on Zoho Books. Example: I generate an expense report in Excel and for each line a link is created to the Zoho Books expense. So, I can easily recover the attached file.

  18. CRM Expenditures and Orders

    When you assign a Zoho Books expense to a customer, the Potential drop-down menu appears. It would be interesting if the order numbers of these customers could also be chosen from a drop-down menu.

  19. associate receipt with an expense in the mobile app

    The mobile app allows a user to upload a receipt image. It would be very useful to be able to then associate it with an expense the same way as in the web interface.

  20. Budget alerts based on percentage remaning

    Add % based alerts for the budget line items. If I'm at X% of my allowed budget for that particular item I'd like to know about it without having to open up the budget to see where it's at for each project.
