Enable addition of project field in invoices.
Add ability to pick a project on sales invoice and bills. Not just raise an invoice by going through timesheet mode.
If you have a batch of expenses/bills to add, you have to keep chasing timesheet, project name, raise expense. This could be improved by the addition of a project field in the main invoice/bill templates.
Hi all,
We now have the option to associate the Project to the Invoice/Bill line item.
Invoice : Click on the three dotted icon at the end of the line item > Add additional information > Associate the project.
Bills : Chose the customer detail on the Bill line item > Click on the pencil icon > Add the project

I am new to ZOHO, using it from April onward and am having technical background. Always have difficulty managing workflow. Though Zoho had put me to a great ease, still it can be improved for batter.
I also require this feature to be added for Invoice and work order. This way tracking the project invoices, making them will be much easier.
Presently there is no place to relate particular WO with a project except for the description. -

Love this!
Project information is relegated to "back of house". We'd like to share milestone target dates with our clients for transparency and accountability.
How about:
Exporting (select) Project Information to PDF
Emailing (select) Project Information to Client
Sharing (select) Project Information through the Client Portal?
Such as:
• milestone target dates (project phases)
• resource data (scheduling - quantity of workers/day)
• budget data (% of budget remaining, etc.)
(The above can be made public/private by the admin on a categorical basis.)Or, Making it easy to:
• Associate a Project from the Estimate window, and/or;
• Create a Project from the Estimate data, and/or;
• Build an Estimate from a Project Window, and/or;
• Combine two or more projects in an EstimateWe are all looking forward to these advancements.
