There is a bug in the current Avaza (a very good time/projects + billing system) to Zoho Books implementation (zap) that I have sent several emails to Zoho support about which has been going on for several weeks now without news on the fix. The bug seems to be random as far as I can tell (hours and hours of testing and resets later) and the Zap fails with a "Cannot read property '0' of undefined" error message. I have been on the phone to support too but I can hear/see no progress on this. Zapier integration is great feature and selling point. Zapier are sure the bug is at the Zoho end so can we get a proper timeline on this one. Integration could be stepped up too - but fixing the zap so that I can push invoices directly into Zoho (from Avaza) doesn't need anything more than a fix - if we could get some eyeballs onto that with a timeline? That would be great please...
