I'm still fairly new to Zoho Books and wasn't sure if this feature was active or not, as of January 2021? IE Each customer seems to have just a single primary contact + email address but invoices frequently need to go to other departments (financial, mostly) so does Zoho now use and send invoice reminders to the customer contact list too? If not, I'm surprised there isn't some other way of doing this? Surely this is an important basic feature?
