To convert an estimate or sales order into a purchase order
It would be really helpfull to convert an estimate to a purchase Order to vendor and the only thing that would need change is the pricing.
But It will cut a lot of steps if you are able to do it.
Can be either from an estimate or Sales Order.

I have the same request. I don't need the extra steps a SO brings. I'd like to go from Estimate, to Invoice on the customer side, and to Purchase Order on my vendor's side. All "connected" and tracked properly.

Right now, this only copies inventory Items and not ad hoc items with unique descriptions and list prices. A Custom Function can be created in Zoho CRM but not in Zoho Books.

Please create this OR when an estimate is accepted it creates a purchase order!!!!!!

You can now do this from a sales order. But for our process it would be very helpful to be able to just create a PO from the estimate and also convert the estimate to the Invoice. Right now we are going to use Sales Orders as an internal document just to keep a link between PO's and Invoices even though we do not send Sales Orders to customers.
