Sub categories / Group for items
Enable sub categories for items. This will greatly assist in reporting sales / stats
eg:
Item Group :Pens
sub: Black
sub: Blue
sub: Red
Reporting to show total by item group and also by sub
This way I can get a report on all pens and/or specific coloured pens

Enable Creation of Categories and Sub-Categories. It would be nice to categorize and subcategorize the different products and services into different classifications and groups. And have it integrate with ZOHO Subscriptions to help build our a customer quote.
For Example:
Category: Residential
Subcategory: Service 1, 2, 3...
Sub-Subcategory: Add-on services
