  1. Write Checks Feature

    There needs to be an option to write and print checks without a bill or invoice. I need to write checks from my checking account frequently that don't have bills associated with them.

  2. Avoid duplicate customer by using mobile number

    When ever I entered mobile number of customer I should get details. And should not get mobile number duplicate in other names.

  3. Enable SKU only for purchase orders

    Please add the option to only show the SKU on purchase order PDFs. We never show our SKU on our quotations so our admin teams must manually enter our SKU for purchase orders. Adding the SKU manual in the description is slowing down our process and causing errors.

  4. Allow Sticky Submenus

    I would like to be able to keep certain sidebar menus open permanently, such as Sales and Purchases, so that I don't always have to click into those areas before I can get to the submenu.

  5. Allow for all types of accounts to be denominated in Foreign Currency

    Many international companies borrow in a currency outside the base curreny. Such transactions create liabilities. The system doesn't allow for accounts to be currency denominated. This means the system doens't allow for anything other than a bank account or trade receivable / trade payable account to be revalued automatically. Quickbooks is far ahead of Zoho in this regard.

  6. Custom template "simple" cannot able to adjust line height table so it effecting invoice creating more page when we add 3, 4 items

    Currently the height of rows in invoices is fixed and can not be changed and this might leave a lot of white space in the invoice,
    I suggest that height of rows should be made flexible and the user should have the ability to put max and min values

  7. Add navigator buttons in the payment page

    Sometimes you need to recored a payment for more than 300 invoices at one time, but only for specific invoices by their numbers. However, many invoices are not shown in the list among of sent invoices.

    So, it's really demanded that you add navigator button to go next pages and browse all sent invoices to make it possible see all required invoices to be paid.

  8. Sync American Express Business Checking Accounts

    Currently, Zoho syncs with American Express Credit Cards, but not with their more recent business checking accounts. It would be great to add this ability as soon as possible.

  9. Create a Global Admin for Client Portal

    Create a global admin so you can see the customer's client portal. I want to be able to log in and see what each customer will see when they log into the client portal.

  10. Write off for bills

    The payment screen should give the option of writing off a remaining amount after payment (payment/exchange rate difference), which would prevent many outstanding bills with a just a small amount left.

  11. Bulk actions in timesheets

    Not only delete but change the project assigned, the task, the billable status, ...
    Also enhance the selection criteria to manage timesheets, not only by status and dates, but by client, project, staff name, task,... in order to perform bulk actions more effectively.

  12. date format option

    A few more options for date formatting. - the US version of mm/dd/yy and mm/dd/yyyy should be a simple option to add - this is available in simple programs like Microsoft Excel.

  13. Combine multiple invoices into 1 Invoice or 1 PDF file.

    I have several customers who want 1 big invoice at the end of the month instead of several small invoices which we create for different days of the month.

  14. Add Totals to Billed and Unbilled Amounts in Reports

    On Reports -> Projects & Timesheets -> Project Summary report under "Billed vs UnBilled" there is total row that shows the totals for the hours (both billed and unbilled) but not a total for amounts. Not sure if this is a bug or something that was not fully completed during development. I want to be able to see on my projects the total for unbilled.

  16. Multiple delivery address options for customers accounts

    Can we have multiple delivery addresses to hold additional delivery address information for our customers. Our bussiness deals with alot of customers with multiple sites and it is frustrating to continusly change the data befre submiting invoices.

  17. Worldpay Business - Integration

    ZoHo should really consider integrating worldpay business for UK clients.

    We were advised prior to singing with zoho that the software was capable to integrate with worldpay they failed to advise that zoho support only corporate gateway accounts - this is very unfair!

    Please action this ASAP?????

    In the Canadian version add the tax report for the Province of Quebec (QST).

  19. Estimates for Prospects or Leads

    I am so grateful that Zoho CRM contacts can be syncronized with Zoho Books. Most of my estimates get sent to Leads though, and not Clients. This means I have to convert a Lead to a Customer prior to creating an estimate for them. When they don't actually buy, there is no way in CRM to revert them to a Lead, and I have to re-create them. This is causing a lot of extra work (both to send the estimate, and to revert them to a Lead) and headache.
