Allow Sticky Submenus
I would like to be able to keep certain sidebar menus open permanently, such as Sales and Purchases, so that I don't always have to click into those areas before I can get to the submenu.

Agreed. I want to be able to pin the side bar as always open, and pin sidebar submenus as always rolled out! My screen is plenty big enough, I'd rather cut out extraneous clicks.
