Request Payment made feature in Expenses.
I need a function payment made for Expenses. We use expenses for internal staff claim and some case is payment made on behalf of company, and claim later.

credit card limit
In the Banking Feature, add a field for credit limit for credit cards. That way we can monitor the percent of credit used or how close to the max we are with our credit cards. Also nice would be entering the APR of the cards.

Customize emails for vendor bill payments when using "Pay via ACH" integration
When you make a bill payment to a vendor using "Pay via ACH", two automated emails are sent out.
1. Notification of Payment Initiation
2. Notification of Payment Success

Add notes for the item instead of the amount
Add word instead of the amount like "Free" or "Option" or "10% of the total price" etc...

Accounting for Loans & Credit Institutions
I would like to challenge Zoho to come up with an accounting solution for companies whose business is in lending. The system should be able to automatically calculate monthly interest and post the necessary entries when interest is processed or payment made. The need is huge especially for Micro-Finance Institutions as well as Savings & Credit Co-operative Societies (SACCOs).

Photos of Each Item In Mobile App when generating sales order or looking up items
It would be really helpful if you add photos to the items in the mobile app in the items tab. It will make generating sales order and invoices much easier while on the go.

Allow Books to print cheques for EXPENSES
we pay a lot of things via cheque and not always we have a Bill.
Talk to your software genius, please.. tell them to find a way to get it implemented.. ZoHo is so nice.. you guys always find solutions!!

add more functionality to Custom Templates
It would be great if there were more functionality added to the custom template option. It is very limited, and the editor has many bugs. Features such as customizing fields, changing their orientation on the page, flipping the page vertically to allow the same items to be reflected on the other side of the page, and supporting adding multiple languages for the same field.

CSC and AVS verification codes
To display whether there is a match or not for the customer Address Verification (AVS) and Card Security Code (CSC) when running credit card payments. This is an extremely useful fraud tool.

Item Warehouse Details in Estimates
It would be nice to see in Estimates the details of what warehouse the item is at and quantity like you can in Sales Orders and Invoices so that when you are creating Estimate you know what you currently have in stock at your warehouse or if it will have to come from another location.

Auto Total Selected Invoices
When selecting multiple invoices I would like Zoho to total them for me. This will help when customers do not pay invoices in succession.

Track link of orders and deals
Currently we need to go order by order to see whether they are linked to a deal or not.
In order to make this much easier please can we include this information in the export file of sales orders?
The same would apply to Estimates and Invoices.

would like Zoho Books to add 2 features 1) profit and loss sheet in percentage 2) Balance sheet all month wise
We want 2 separate features should be added by ZOHO , Balance sheet and profit and loss sheet . So that we can compare month wise easily . Integrate these 2 ideas in ZOHO

It would be useful to be able to clone the desired invoices en masse by checking them off.

Report Generation
Would like to have changes in report generation. Please make report generation little more friendly so that we can generate a report for a particular period with date, customer name, amount, vat and total amount with vat. Now when we generate report, its come item by item which is not needed. Please consider this on a urgent basis.
