  1. Been Able to choose more fields in Account Receivable Reports

    It is very important and easy to add more fields when custom one of the reports.
    Fields like City or State in the Custumer Balance Summary is basic, same in aging sumary.
    I need to have a report where I can filter or export to Excel how much money per City clients owe me. Make this report it is very dificult. Add few columns to this report will fix this issue.

  2. Vendor Payment option for Indian Edition

    One of the customer requested this feature. With GST rolling in, why not attract more indian customers with vendor payment option? Many people are looking for One Platform to have both payments and receivables.

  3. Make reporting tags visible on all SOs, POs, Invoices, and Bills

    As it is, you have to click on Edit for each transaction, and then on the ellipses next to each item, just to make sure every transaction is being reported correctly. You should be able to see if a reporting tag is assigned to an item just by looking at the item table on the transaction.

  4. Electronic Signature on Delivery Note/Chalan for Mobile Printing & Delivery

    1) Delivery Note should have customer name, date and signature
    2) An option to refer to Customer Sales Order
    3) Once the delivery us made and customer signs for item electronically then delivery person can just print a copy using a mobile printer such as Zebra etc.
    4) The signature will be placed on Zoho Books/ Inventory as delivery with signature

    5) If this is a cash transaction or even credit card payment option for a receipt and also be made and printed

  5. Improve "Time to Get Paid"

    This report could be very useful, but at the moment it is pretty useless. It has no customization options available. The worst part is that column headers (0-15 DAYS, etc) just don't relate to anything. IF those were adjustable then people could change the report to reflect their businesses payment terms.

  6. Integrate with PostFinance in Swizterland

    It's the biggest bank for small and medium sized businesses in Switzerland. The fact I can't get my bank statements from it is a PAIN :) Please have a think about it (or at least, ask your 3rd party to think about it)

  7. item discounts should be shown on a per piece basis.

    As opposed to seeing the total of a line discounted, we need to see the discounted price of an item. So if a widget costs $100, and I apply a 20% discount, I should see that the price per item is $80, as opposed to what I see now, which is that they cost $100 ea. but that the total of 2 costs $160.00

    The customer wants to know what they are paying per item, as well as what their total cost is.

  8. Be able to track sales agent and production staff member who did the work.

    I would like to be able track which person brought the client to the firm (sales agent) in terms of dollars collected by the client and track who did the work (staff member). An owner may bring a client to the firm (sales agent) but may not do the work; we need to measure value of who grows the firm as well as who did the work (for bonuses).

  9. put a sort option in chart of accounts

    Once Chart of accounts is open, accounts are listed in no specific order. It would be nice if there was an option to sort accounts so they follow the order of the financial statements.

  11. Default value of Tax inclusive/exclusive for Item rates should be set through Preferences.

    The default value for tax inclusive/exclusive for "Item rates are" section should be manageable through Preferences. Our default are tax inclusive, this current settings (tax exclusive) cause a lot mistakes in the entry.

  12. We would like to have profit report on sales invoice as well as profit report on customer base. Please let us know if you have such report.

  13. I would like to add Withholding Tax and Retention fields to the invoice. They come as percentages of Subtotal before VAT.

    Less Withholding Tax - % of Subtotal
    Less Retention - % of Subtotal
    Reports-
    1. Generate a Withholding Tax report per customer and summary for all customers.
    2. Generate a retention report for a specific customer for a specfic project.

  14. The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added.

    The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added. The current export tool only includes the opening inventory and this information needs to be supplemented with up to date info on the current status of inventory per item.

  15. Multiple pricelists for an estimate

    being a whole sale organisation, it would be helpful to have 3 price ranges for customers to choose when sending estimates.

  16. A customer called Marketplace

    We sells our products through multiple online Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc. These market places send us Orders from individual customers. We INVOICE with the name of the Individual customers. However the Payments come in from the Market place less their charges like Commission, Shipment other. Can you create an entity called Market place, where we can add these Individual customers, the charges from the Marketplace and the Payments so that we can track the payments from these marketplaces.

  17. sub contact

    I'm switching to Books from Quickbooks. One of the great features in QB for my business was sub-contacts. This was used for instance to place children "under" their parents as client accounts for a music school. Transactions would be made in the child's account and would be linked to the parent to provide a view of ALL invoices and payments for parents who had more than one child. I'm sure this feature would be useful in other situations which require a sub-client.

  18. auto save

    Auto save feature is needed for creating estimates. I accidentally closed my page and lost a very large estimate/bid that I had been preparing. Disappointed to learn no auto-save/recovery feature.

  19. Be able to enter purchase price in currency

    Would be GREAT if i could enter purchase prices in currency. The price in € is my fixed cost, the floating £ price is my landed cost, which changes on a daily basis. Entering only sterling means every PO needs correcting.
