    Requesting a provision of importing three different price list for each product - cost price, manager selling price & sales person selling price

    This will help us to control our Sales team who can't quote or invoice low prices without manager's approval.

    Price Authorization while invoice and making estimates - Min. price level for Sales Team ... beyond which they are not allowed to sell or quote their customers

  2. Surcharge on VAT

    Please add surcharge on VAT IN Invoices option. After that we can plan to buy this software only. Without this option, this is not helpful for us,

  3. Share Invoices and Bills with other Zoho Books trading partners

    We love using Books. We also have customers and suppliers who also use Books. It would be great if we can all send each other Invoices and Bills and have the automatically entered, uploaded or shared in Books.

  4. Allow to create a sales receipt without an invoice.

    Allow to create a sales receipt without an invoice. Many Nonprofits don't issue invoices, but need to send a "sales receipt" or donor receipt for the donations received.

  5. In the Customer Portal Payment Mode Should list Payment method not By Gateway

    Customers don't need to know which payment gateway we are using. It's not useful information to them. If a client paid their invoice by credit card, then it should say credit card in the payment mode section. It doesn't look good to see payment mode as Authorize.net, stripe, square, etc. Keeping PayPal as PayPal, Cash as cash. But the major payment gateways should all say mode is credit card. I hate it when our customers call us and say I don't have an authorize.net credit card why does it say that?

  6. Stripe - Canadian Address

    When you click on "PAY NOW" then click on "Credit Card", under address you are asked to provide State and Zip Code.Customers in Canada should get Province and Postal Code. This is with Stripe integration.

  7. Post dated cheque due reminder

    When we make payment to vendors and if there is partial payment by post dated cheques, it will be good to have a PDC due reminder as the moment u make the payment the date of payment will be the date of creating only

  8. Track Project Spending/Expenses

    I am desperate to be able to track proper project spend. I cannot produce a report that shows expenses. I can only attribute a purchase to a project by raised it as an expense. That is then not trackable and is logged as paid. I find this very frustrating. Please can you change it so bills can be project related. I would also like a report that tells me how much I have spent on a project in money, not time.

  10. to make it possible to create a customer and to divide it by its branch like a chain supermarkets.

    For example we had a costumer that has 5 supermarkets around the country, and at the end of the year we need to have a statment for all transactions in one place.

  12. Need to create item groups (this will have multiple items in a group)

    Items will be grouped into an item group and the item group needs to have the ability to have an price list adjustment as well. As of now you can only add price list to the whole contact account and not the individual item (or group)

    for example. One account has many different departments and each department has a contact.

    It would be great if each contact could have its own client portal only able to see their invoices

    When it syncs to the CRM only the invoices attached to that contact shows up under that contact, but all invoices show up under accounts .

  14. Pause feature for Zoho Books timesheets

    At the moment we can only 'start' and 'stop' a timer. It would be very welcome to have a 'pause' function on the timer - as other apps such as 'Fanurio' have.

  16. make reconciling easier!

    I would love it if the Save and Reconcile Later button and Cleared Amount were in a fixed position on the reconcile page.

    This way, as we're scrolling through the long list of transactions to reconcile, we can always quickly and easily see the Cleared Amount and save the reconcile!

  17. I would like to see an option within invoice/packing slips enabling a customer to digitally sign for a delivery on my pda/phone.

    I have several customers that require a signed hard copy of the paperwork to pay us. Emailing the invoice without the sig is not allowed. Access to a printer is rarely an option. Asking the customer to print out the invoice and sign is unprofessional.

    This would be similar to signing for a credit card purchase on Square. The digital signature would then be incorporated into the packing slip and/or invoice and emailed to the vendor.

  18. enable us to see account registers

    In Quickbooks I can see an account register for any balance sheet account (asset, liability or even equity), including postdated transactions. That's pretty essential for us.
