  5. Ability to sort Uncategorized Transactions by other fields

    Need ability to sort Uncategorized Transactions by other fields such as Details, Deposits,Withdrawals in asc/desc order during reconciliation. Would also be great to have an Add link next to each transaction so it's easier to quickly add a transaction without the side panel popping up.

  6. Add more fields to search on banking transactions

  7. enable tax on adustments

    There is a place for an adjustment on an invoice, but that adjustment needs to also adjust the total tax on the invoice. It doesn't, so I have to create a line item for adjustment. Would be nice if the adjustment field also adjusted the tax.

  8. Allow recurring expenses to be itemized (split between different accounts)

    Zoho Books now supports itemized/split expense accounts for manually added expenses. However, this feature is not currently available when creating recurring expenses. As a result, recurring expenses that have more than one component (e.g. a recurring payment made with principle and interest components, or direct-cost and tax components) need to be set up as distinct recurring expenses.

    It would be nice if recurring expenses offered the same feature set as manually added expenses.

  9. Compare with previous year tool for Sales report

    Add "compare with previous year" tool for
    sales by Salesperson, Sales by customer, Sales by items report
    (this tool in financial statement works so great).

  11. slider type sales overview in contacts

    just as you have the feature to view an invoice in the ewaybill page without changing the page itself...we need to have a similar feature in the sales overview page of a contact where we can just rollover a link to see a slider showing the relevant invoice, dc, quotation,etc without leaving the overview page.

  15. Invoices in Indian languages.

    With India becoming more connected by internet, we need support and softwares in all major indian languages. Atleast we need invoice print in Indian regional languages (for me Tamil).

  16. The ability to automatically attach pdf on a customer base.

    Some customers want / require to have the pdf attached to the invoice e-mail, others find it ok to click the portal link.
    So would be a great plus to have this option as an option on the Customer instead of doing this for all customers or none.

  18. How to add my own HTML invoice template if none of provided template useful after customization?

    In current given 50+ invoice template there is no option to adjust the width of any particular custom item if I want to give small width for the number ## and need to give more for start and end date DD-MM-YYYY so justify proper space utilization.

    what if I want to show all 3 custom item in the same column as below

    There is no option for that.

    I suggest we are from IT industry Zoho use HTML template for all Invoice and Print that HTML part to PDF.

  19. item groups

    Hi Reshma, Grouping items helps in adding different discounts % to different customers and different discounts % groups to same customer. Without grouping feature applying a % discount to select Items is not possible. It has to be done manually & could be error prone. Same with GST too. At least 1 level of Item grouping is absolutely essential.

  20. Composite item should be available in zoho books even without subscribing to zoho inventory. Please note it is available in quickbooks.
