  1. provide whatsapp details about invoice amount , payment reminder and payment received details also

    need invoice details(date - amount + some msg) to be sent to customers via whatsapp update... some local and branded software also have that options but zoho dont have that option. if u enable or create this means it will be more helpful for zoho users and also we save more papers and inks... kindly implement WhatsApp update to customer and vendor as fast as possible.

    Since IGST 5% is now levied on ocean freight, we should be able to include IGST item even in intra state invoices along with other GST items

  8. I have a branch named "Head" with opening balance in only one account name "Offset ledger". This branch i wish to delete but I am not able.

    I have a branch named "Head" with opening fractional or decimal balance in only one account name "Offset ledger". This branch I wish to delete but I am not able to delete it as it says there is transaction in it. Please delete this account balance as no transaction is recorded in it. This account has 0.1 balance in it. PLs delete this branch and the account balance in it.

  10. Make Sales Estimates available in Zoho Inventory - not only Zoho Books

    My sales people can do all of their work in Zoho Inventory EXCEPT create Sales Estimates. I have to give them access to Books just to do this. Why aren't these forms available in BOTH apps???

  11. Custom Status for Zoho Inventory/Books Purchase Orders

    We are an E-Commerce business, and Supply chain management has become very critical to us. Right now, in the Sales Order module, we can customize Statuses such as "Draft," "Initiated," etc. It would be super helpful if similar Status customization is also made available in the Purchase Orders module.

    For example, a typical Purchase Order could go through following stages in our Organization.

    Draft
    Issued
    Approved
    Pending Inspection
    Billed
    Paid
    Shipped
    Received

    I hope it is not a very difficult feature to implement, and I look forward to discussing further if needed.

  14. Reports. I should be able to select the period and see the breakdown in columns

    When I see a report, I should be able to select period eg, financial quarter, last financial quarter, financial year.. I shoul then be able to see the break down in columns for eg in months or Quarters etc along with the totals.

  16. Multiple contact names placeholders for invoice reminder email template

    Books allows me to select multiple contacts for an invoice at the bottom of the Edit Invoice page, but for the reminder email template, I can only add a placeholder for the first name of one customer. For example, I can have the reminder sent to multiple emails, but can only say "Dear %FirstName%..." I would like to say "Dear %FirstNameContact1%, %FirstNameContact2%, %FirstNameContact3%, etc"

  17. Create and lodge Company Tax Return to Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

    Many small companies prepare their own accounts and use Zoho Books - next step after producing P&L, BS, Cash Flow, BAS (Zoho reports) is to submit Company Tax Return to the Australian Taxation Office. A tax return is relatively easy for small businesses (e.g. assets, liabilities totals and COS/expenses) but you need to either use another accounting system which has SBR (Standard Business Reporting) functionality with machine credentials into the ATO or fill in the PDF (paper) version of the return.
