  1. Per Contact Hourly Rates

    Have the ability to assign customers/contacts a custom hourly rate that can be selected as a billing method option when creating a new project or invoice rather then having to manually enter a custom hourly or project rate.

  3. Deepen the salesperson integration.

    I would like to request some bolstering of the "Sales Person" feature. I understand Zoho added Sales Person to the invoice and estimate documents, which is great. Here are some improvements I think can be made to the Sales Person field:

    (1) Integrate it with the "staff" role of the Users preference pane. If I invite users to join my books.zoho.com organization, then it is a fair assumption that at least some of them will be my sales people. I would like the Sales Person box to populate from that list [but don't lose the ability to type in for…

  4. Create a Work Order document type

    The Sales Order document module is a little different, dealing with expenses and what not - It is not ideal for using as a work order system. I like Zoho Books. It is nearly a start to finish product for our business. But here's an idea:
    What our company, which is service oriented, needs is something similar to a dispatch or work order document module.

  5. Improve Email Confirmation for Paid Invoices

    2 improvements for Paid Invoice Email Confirmation...

    1) Send paid invoice email confirmation to the user who sent the invoice to the customer. Right now my sales team doesn't know what has been paid until they login and check every invoice. If they could get a confirmation that someone paid it would make everything faster and more efficient for us.

    2) In the email confirmation, link in the invoice number to take you to the invoice in Zoho Books! Super simple :)

  6. allow for multiple codes per one expense

    I would like to be able to break down one expense into multiple codes. This way when I have one receipt I can code it to several expense accounts. I am currently using another program to control my expenses and I would like to be able to have everything combined.

  7. Hold monthly webinars to help us understand the full potential of your tools.

    I am using zoho books and zoho projects and I am finding this one of the most helpful tools for my business. I feel like I do not know all of its full potential. I would love to attend webinars that give me helpful advice how to navigate and save time tracking projects,times, expenses and getting paid.

  8. Individual Client Outstanding Invoice Report

    I would like to send my client this list of invoices in a report format that are outstanding which have not been paid.

  9. Allow PO and Quote/SO in CRM to map to Books as PO and Estimate

    If you create a PO in CRM you need to create it again in Books and it should automatically map over. Same goes for a Quote as an Estimate or an SO. Or at least be given the choice to avoid duplication of entries.

    I need to "mark" or categorize invoices to have easily access to them, for example: "product shipped", "work in progress" or others.

  17. Change the way you handle price list

    Sorry to tell you that but the way you handle the price list and prices for items is not good at all...

    I am dealing with 3 currencies and exchange rates, Having to export my items to a cvs file then modify ONE FILE per currency is just a pain....

    Why dont you let us set the prices per item for all the currency and add a text box saying something like "Overwrite default exchange rate" or "use system currency exchange" to calculate the price.

    Working with CSV is really a pain especially when adding new items on a daily…

  19. change the CSV export of timesheets hours

    Currently when i export time sheets to CSV or XLS i cannot add up the hours or do any sort of analysis without manually changing each record as they are recorded as 7:30 and not in a cell that is the format "Time hh:mm:ss"

  20. Migrate including attachments to Zoho Books UK Edition

    Enable the migration to the UK Edition of Zoho Books including Attachments, currently if I want to migrate I will lose all the receipts attached to the expenses.

    I do want to migrate to the UK Edition, however I do not have the time or patience to manually export every receipt and re-attach to every expense, it's the one barrier to migrating.

    I wouldn't even mind if there was a seamless migration charge.
