  2. Add the ability to import state tax tables from CSV.

    I can download an Excel spreadsheet from my state Department of Revenue with the tax rates for every jurisdiction (358 in total, paid per the point of delivery, not the point of sale, Washington State). Anyway, I would like to be able to simply import the rate sheet as a CSV to avoid manually entering 358 tax rates every quarter.

    I see that you have already integrated Avalara, and I would use them if they weren't asking for $695 per year for their bottom end package.

    Perhaps you could make their hooks available for other cost conscious users to import…

  4. To be able to select Items as Tasks in the project creation.

    We have created a series of items in order to create estimates. But I would like to be able to select these 'items' i the same way when creating a project.

  5. ODBC Data Connectivity

    Currently I run my reports and manipulate all the data manually. It would be much easier to have ODBC connectivity to Zoho Books so all my charts can be updated automatically.

  6. Estimates Section

    In the Estimate Section , I would like to have the status update when its converted to Sales Order " From accepted to Converted to sales order"

    Please do the needful as we are getting confused which estimate is accepted but doesnt convert to sales order.

    We have it in the activity history but we would like to see in the estimation status itself before opening it.

  7. Organization Address Format unique to each template type

    I'll explain scenario first, so you can understand the request.
    We are headquartered in Location A (e.g. Wyoming Corp)
    But we operate primarily from Location B (e.g. California).

    When generating PDF/Emails of Sales type statements (e.g Estimates, Sales Orders Invoices), we want to display Address A.

    When generating PDF/Emails of Expense type statements (e. purchase orders, Bills, checks, etc) we want to display Address B

    the PROBLEM is that when we setup a "Organization Address Format" for example within Sales Orders, it forces this format on all other types of Templates (Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.). It seems the Zoho Books…

    Hi there.

    We have a workaround for your current scenario. We would suggest you to add the organisation address details in the attention content of the template. You can uncheck the organisation address option.

    This way you can customise it for each of your templates separately.

  8. When viewing Sales/Invoices list, would be useful to add column/s. Specifically title description of the opportunity/job.

    This would be very useful when have more than one opportunity/job with same company so can easily distinguish, without having to click in and out

  9. new Feature: search comment

    HI:

    I would like to request a new feature:

    Be able to search for any comments included during an Invoice, Purchase Order,etc, on the "History and Comments" window.

    These comments actually are not "Searchable" . On this Comments fields, we use Serial Number codes of products associated to these documents.

  10. We use schedulit to keep track of the training sessions we provide. An API or method of invoicing after completion would be great.

  11. multiple customer addresses appear in PDF

    Additional customer addresses don't appear in invoice or quotation previews or PDFs. Regardless of the customer address you choose while editing, only the default address appears. For those customers that have multiple offices, it's important to display the proper "Ship To" address.

  12. Change a categorized expense without having to un-categorize the expense and lose attachment.

  13. Address doesn't stay the same on reoccurring invoices.

    When I create a reoccurring invoice with a shipping address and later go to use it to create an invoice, it changes the address to the first default address. Why doesn't it keep the shipping address I created it with? Why does it change? I need the templet to stay exactly the way I created it... otherwise what is the purpose of having a reoccurring invoice?

  14. Fix the workflow disconnect for Estimates to Sales Order and beyond.

    There is no ability to calculate shipping in the Estimate. One has to create a Sales Order, then create a package(s), write down the info, back out of Packages and lose the data, key the total into the Estimate. When customer accepts you need to go back into the SO and recreate the packages, then move the confirmed SO out and on to fulfillment. Too many steps, redundancy built in. Should have Package ability in the estimate, and an accepted Estimate should also be convertible to a Sales Order (not just directly to an Invoice). Thank you.
