  4. Pull an expense from Zoho Expense into a line item on an Invoice to bill customer for expense

    For passing through expenses to customers, the ability to assign an expense to a customer and populate in into an invloice in books. Even better if it can be assigned based on project.

    Currently, Zoho Books provides details about Stripe-linked transactions only if they are initiated through Zoho Books. However, in our business operations, we also initiate transactions directly from Stripe by generating payment links and invoices through Stripe itself.

    This creates a challenge when Zoho Books receives payment information from Stripe, and the payment totals exceed the amounts recorded in Zoho Books. In such cases, Zoho Books lacks visibility into the transactions initiated directly via Stripe, making reconciliation difficult and creating discrepancies in our records.
