  1. Sorting of Custom fields While creating new custom view in Customers / Invoices / Expenses etc

    1.While creating new custom view in Customers / Invoices / Expenses etc in the process of defining new criteria , Sorting of Custom fields (ie. order by ) option is not available at present . The same may be made available at least for few custom field. , 2. While creating custom field the unique feature ( avoid the entry of same value in the field ) is to be made available at least for 1 or 2 custom fields.

  2. Bank Feeds Schedule & Address Auto Fill

    1. Having moved from another system the one time saver was their auto look up on any address you cut/paste when setting up a new customer. Just paste the entire address and select when a match is found. Then the system auto populates the fields.

    2. Bank feeds seem to need manual intervention to update each day. It'd be great to schedule multiple updates each day. For example once in the morning before work starts so the latest information is waiting and a couple of times during the day to check for any further payments. It would mean we could action paid…

  4. Make customizing templates easier with more options

    I'm a construction contractor. Arguably, the estimate (or Proposal, as I call it) is the most important part of my interaction with a potential customer. I've tried all of your standard options for customizing templates including the "Customize Template" option which I was given special access to but it's all very difficult even for a guy with a pretty strong technology background.

    This is what I'd like to be able to do:

    1) Have separate "Item & Description" blocks with a subtotal at the bottom of each. Ex: One block would describe the main job with a total and a…

  5. Notify the user if bank automatic syncing has been broken

    My bank feed auto-sync was broken months ago -still not sure how as I didn't change any of my login/authorization info- and did not realize it. Now I have to import and manually enter every transaction since the point it was broken.
    I understand that broken feeds happen and sometimes aren't the fault of Zoho. But, at the very least an email notification that a feed has been broken for 48 hrs or so could save people a whole heap of trouble later on.

  6. CREATE A FEATURE CALLED "PRODUCT GROUP"

    WHEN CREATING ESTIMATES IT WOULD BE USEFUL TO BE ABLE TO CREATE A PRODUCT GROUP- FOR EXAMPLE - WHEN WE ARE INSTALLING INTRUDER ALARMS IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A GROUP THAT WE CAN CALL ALARMS THAT WILL SHOW ALL THE ALARM ITEMS WHEN SELECTED, THIS WAY IT WOULD BE VERY FAST FOR US TO PULL THESE ITEMS ONTO QUOTES, INVOICES ETC.

  8. eBay integration for Australia Edition - It really is time this was done is there a schedule for this?

    With eBay a major retail gateway in Australia it really is necessary to have a connection between the store and the inventory.

  9. Esign estimate/invoice without customer portal

    I love the idea of being able to send estimates/invoices for eSigning. However, I feel the usefulness of this is limited because customers must first sign up for the client portal and navigate through the portal to find the estimate and eSign it. The portal lacks customizability and using it could be confusing for customers who just need to sign a document. I would suggest keeping this functionality intact for those who use the portal, but adding document eSigning for customers who don't have access to the portal.   11. Signature on Invoice/PO should be added only after approval

    We can add signature (scanned image) to the templates in the footer section. But this signature gets added while the invoice is in draft status or while it is in pending approval status. This should not be the case. Unless all approvers have approved the invoice, the invoice should not carry the authorized signature section.

    This should be applicable for PO, bills, estimates and all other modules where it is applicable.

  12. On Sales Order, Show Quantity of Items on Purchase Order

    On the Sales Order item line, show the Quantity of item that is on a Purchase Order. For example, if the Sales Order quantity is for 45 but I've only ordered 20 on the PO then I'll see that 20 have been ordered and I need to order 25 more to complete the line.

  14. I would like to be able to track time without creating a project. Right now we have to bill our clients every time we do labor.

    It would be nice to be able to track hours and bill clients without having to create a project.

  16. Enable us to see the client portal from within the customer's account

    I would like to suggest a feature request - add the ability to view client portal exactly as clients see it. This is the only real way to ensure a quality customer experience and assist them over the phone with problems, training, etc. Not being able to see what our customer see puts us in a blind spot and makes it very hard to support them and encourage them to use the portal. Please add this!

  17. Enable default inventory account for new items

    Having to now select from Finished Goods, Inventory Asset or Work in Progress leaves room for error. It would be good if in the preferences for items we could select a default account and then only change it as necessary. We only track Inventory Assets but have had recent errors in the set up of new items as Finished Goods

  18. assosciate a tax or tax exemption to a customer for organizations outside of the US

    I AM LOCATED IN SPAIN. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO ASSOCIATE TAXES TO SPECIFIC CUSTOMERS AS THERE ARE A FEW DIFFERENT SCENARIOS. IT SEEMS THIS FEATURE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE US. HOPEFULLY I AM WRONG

  19. Better handling of multiple logos in templates. Background logo is clumsy as it auto sizes.

    I have different brands under one company. I need document templates showing different company logos. The 'organisation' logo is therefore useless. A 'quick' fix would be to allow uploaded images to be placed in header table cells to allow more predictable placement.

  20. Disable requirement for a custom subfolder on portals with custom domains

    I find it ridiculous that if I have a custom domain setup with CNAMES (books.zylker.com) that I then have to add ANOTHER folder on top of portal AND it can't be something basic because it needs to be "unique." So now I have the custom URL of
    books.zylker.com/portal/zylker

    We should just be able to do books.zylker/com/portal

    To add insult to injury, you can't do something like books.zylker.com/portal/books because the system says someone else already has that. No, they don't. That was the whole point of setting up a custom domain. The custom URL looks trashy. Sorry.
