Having moved from another system the one time saver was their auto look up on any address you cut/paste when setting up a new customer. Just paste the entire address and select when a match is found. Then the system auto populates the fields.

Bank feeds seem to need manual intervention to update each day. It'd be great to schedule multiple updates each day. For example once in the morning before work starts so the latest information is waiting and a couple of times during the day to check for any further payments. It would mean we could action paid invoices much faster.
