  5. Cleaner and easier custom domain for portal

    I have a custom domain name setup for my books account - one proble i have is that although my domain names are easier for zoho services i.e book.domain.com or support.domain.com my clients have a harder time remembering the client portal address which is more like:

    https://invoice.domain.com/portal/portalname/login

    my clients are constantly losing this link and have to ask me to remind them of it, and even i cant remember this url chain.

    why couldnt it be invoice.domain.com/client or even client.domain.com or portal.domain.com etc like all other zoho services - it would be nice to be able to map a specific…

    Give the ability to customize the look and feel of the client portal. For instance, I would like to change the Estimate "Accept" button text to "Yes, please!" Also, I would like to use a different label for Estimates.

    I suggest client can signup themself in Client Portal it's easy and fast.
    Client portal it's just a form with all fieled need to make invoice.

  9. Client Portal As a Tool of Document Exchange

    Client portal should also be used as medium of document and information change between Business entity and Vendors and same should not only be restricted to documents related to invoices so under option along with Convert to invoice and reject another option must be added of accept document even without converting into invoice

  10. Vendor Portal Menu Order

    The menu on the left of the client portal goes in the order of Estimates, Invoices and then Sales Orders ... The process flow is Estimate, Sales Order, Invoices, Payments Made ... You can't invoice before a sales order is sent ...

  11. Several Companies in one client portal

    Several clients under 1 client portal. For example, One director has 4 Limited companies. I need the director to log in to the portal and be able to see outstanding invoices for all of his companies.

  12. Add Access to Client Portal

    Access to the client portal. It would be nice if there was a way to access the client portal from the client's account overview page on the backend. Add an option or a button from the clients account page that puts you directly in the portal, giving you the ability to jump inside each client's portal, seeing what they see. I think it is important to have full access, since we are the ones creating it anyway.

    Not all organizations using books work in the same type of niche or business, so it would be nice to be able to edit the portal menu names/sections/tittles and even be able to select what sections the client can see. This way you can adapt the portal to better fit your type of business

  14. Payment Methods via Portal

    It is very important for us to be able to control how a client pays via the portal. We can choose to let them pay only CC, but we do not have the option for them to pay only ACH. We need this badly. We love the portal and our customers/vendors are enjoying the visibility into their accounts, but we CAN NOT have a customer paying a 100k invoice with a CC. The fees are just too high. So we really need the option to have ACH, but not CC. Please, please, please.

  17. View customer portal on behalf of specific customer

    Would be good to be able to display customer portal for a specifc customer, in order to check what they can see.
    This would allow better support (tutorials with screenshots, etc.) and monitoring projects to be invoiced that they can see

  18. Customer Portal can have reports pushed from Zoho Creator

    Currently we are working on setting up production reports for our customer in zoho creator and will be making mit available for our customers via the customer portal but this will be a different login, instead if there is an API availale to make these reports to be shown on the books portal itself, the customer wouldnt have to login multiple times.

  19. Client Portal Profile Picture or Logo

    Need to have this customization after all, it ia the year 2020. We need the ability to add a custom image or logo for the client's profile in the client portal. Possibly we could add their logo,or the customer can add one or change it from the one we chose.It is a bit misleading as you try to click on the profile icon by the company name. This should take you to a place to add a picture of your choice.

  20. Have the client portal link API for integration on any website

    instead of accessing the portal through the email link, clients should be able to log in on the business website and manage payments. This can also be integrated with Zoho bookings.
