  1. Have the client portal link API for integration on any website

    instead of accessing the portal through the email link, clients should be able to log in on the business website and manage payments. This can also be integrated with Zoho bookings.

  2. Syncronize documents between diferent Zoho Books organisations

    When two companies work using Zoho Books, and one is vandor , it would be great that vandor can just chose and sync created invoices to his clients zoho books acount. In that way client account will automatily recive those invoice as bills / expenses and vandor will be sure that all invoice are surely sent.

    So both companies would in more easier and secure way work, without need of manually adding those invoice in Zoho Books or scaning them using document scaning feature.

  3. and shipment tracking info to customer portal

    if invoice and/or portal simply would show the tracking information for each order or invoice then customer can view and track themselves anytime they have question about "where is my order" - which is like ALL THE TIME

  4. Share Links for clients

    I would recommend a share link, that would give the possibility to customers who do not have an account to enter the seller's catalog and create their "shopping cart", a purchase order ( similar to the purchase order you already have but created by the client not the owner/seller) with the items that are added to "items" and that purchase order would be automaticcaly added to the sellers profile as a "request to approve" so the seller can create the invoice (such as in Brandboom and other digital catalog platforms "), thus improving, smoothening and streamlining the customer-seller / items-purchase…

  5. username portal not email

    It would be nice if we could have the username to the customer portal not be an email. We have customers who have multiple accounts with us but have a single email as the contact (so they have to provide us with a different email and/or they cannot set up their multiple accounts on the Zoho Portal). It would be nice if that customer (with multiple sites) could create a unique username for each of the sites rather than be forced to have the username as the email.

  6. Material receipt acknowledgement Field in customer portal

    When my customer is able to bulk acknowledge the material receipts against the invoices in Customer portal,It would be treated as our digital Proof of delivery and if zoho enables option to download the acknowldgement status in excel,it would be fantastic

  7. Enabling Bulk Download of Invoices in Customer Portal

    Would be better if mu customer be able to dowload the invoices in bulk. Now it is only possible to view invoices one by one.

  8. Customize Portal by Client

    //i would like the ability to choose what is available on the portal according to the client/project. I would also like the ability to show hours billed/unbilled with or without detailed time entries. I would like the abililty to choose to show tasks or not.

  10. client portal needs it's own tab

    Customer Portal Needs it's own tab in the customer view. So you can easily see comments, documents, invoices, credit limit, all that is shared other than estimates/sales orders/invoices.

  11. Connection to Zoho Commerce & Zoho Books user portal

    Good morning, we have an online store at Zoho Commerce and we think it would be nice to unify the Zoho Books customer portal with Zoho Commerce. Right now we are seeing that the user data is not synchronized, we have problems accessing the Zoho Books portal with the access data of Zoho Commerce. These two access portals should be linked in order to better serve customers.
