  1. Create users without inviting them

    I don't need you to confirm that my company email addresses work.

    I do want to confirm that Zoho works before everyone gets an email inviting them to join a system that is not ready for them. I want to set up all of my users and their projects and make sure everything works before I bother them with emails. But for no good reason, you're forcing me to send email invites to their actual email address.

  2. Projects - Bulk Actions

    Ability to bulk add/edit/delete tasks and users within projects. For example, when a new employee joins our company, we have to manually add this user to each existing project - one by one - which is time-consuming when you have 500+ projects. There should be a way to add the new employee to projects without having to edit each project individually.

  3. Ability to apply total budgeted hours per customer, not just project

    I have a client that does not want to exceed XX hours per month over all of their projects. It would be beneficial if limiting the total monthly (or whatever time period), could be applied at the top level of a customer and not just at a project level.

  4. Allow PO numbers in projects

    Currently the PO number can only be entered on invoices. It could be defaulted from a corresponding project.

  5. Ability to save unit cost per user, per project.

    For projects, allow for system to store unit cost per user, per project. This is very helpful for sub-contractor jobs.

  7. Task in the Timesheet could be categorized.

    When an Invoice is created, the item sold is assigned a category. We use these categories to evaluate revenue amounts by category.

    It would be helpful if tasks in the Timesheet Projects could be categorized also.

    Currently, all of the revenue received through projects tracked in the Timesheet area of Books appears in the uncategorized line item in reports so we can not tell what kind of project/revenue has been created.

  8. Add batch invoicing for projects.

    Ability to create and send invoices for multiple projects, in one batch/click. Currently, we have to create/send one invoice at a time, which is time consuming when a company sends 200-300 invoices for 200-300 projects (with all the same parameters ie. dates, time etc...).

  9. Bulk Actions in Projects/Timesheets

    Ability to add/remove users to multiple projects. For example, what happens in the situation where you have 500 active projects, and you need to add a new employee to the projects? Currently, you need to manually add the user one project at a time.

  10. allow time sheet users to add tasks to a project

    When I have a time sheet user work on a project, I always have to have the specific task already in there for them. It would be nice if they could add a task to the project to help detail what they are working on.

  11. Bulk actions in timesheets

    Not only delete but change the project assigned, the task, the billable status, ...
    Also enhance the selection criteria to manage timesheets, not only by status and dates, but by client, project, staff name, task,... in order to perform bulk actions more effectively.

  12. I would like to see the Client as the first option in Log Time screen.

    If I have the Project name "support" for multiple clients I cannot tell the difference in the Log Time Screen. It would be helpful to select the client and then the project rather than starting with the project.

    Be able to create a project based on a fixed price, but then later add "extras" based on an hourly rate.

  15. Ability to enter start date and end date by task

    We want custom field for each task . It is not possible to define total cost per task. Per task bill is based on time spent. Provision is required for lump sum per task

  16. Work Order

    I would like to be able to create a Work Order from the Sales Order without taking items away from the Sales Order.

    A Work Order is what I issue to the employees who will perform the work in the field. I need items and quantities to come from the Sales Order and not show the monetary value.

  18. Fix search function in card view

    I cannot search for active projects in card view -- if I am in the Active view and run a search while looking at the project cards, it automatically changes to all and includes inactive searches in the results.

  19. Reclass

    Auto create projects based on products in accepted estimates,invoices, and sales receipts. Templates for projects will already be created in ZP, in invoices and estimates, give option to create projects when invoice is paid or when it is created and estimates when it is accepted or when invoice is issued or when invoice is paid
