allow time sheet users to add tasks to a project
When I have a time sheet user work on a project, I always have to have the specific task already in there for them. It would be nice if they could add a task to the project to help detail what they are working on.

At this moment even a created role with all acces get the message :
(as time sheet user you can not complete this action (in dutch: Als personeelgebruiker kunt u deze actie niet uitvoeren. Neem voor hulp a.u.b. contact op met uw beheerder)while the same user is allowed to add a task to a project via project -. change -> add task
