  1. Material receipt acknowledgement Field in customer portal

    When my customer is able to bulk acknowledge the material receipts against the invoices in Customer portal,It would be treated as our digital Proof of delivery and if zoho enables option to download the acknowldgement status in excel,it would be fantastic

  2. Enabling Bulk Download of Invoices in Customer Portal

    Would be better if mu customer be able to dowload the invoices in bulk. Now it is only possible to view invoices one by one.

  3. Have the client portal link API for integration on any website

    instead of accessing the portal through the email link, clients should be able to log in on the business website and manage payments. This can also be integrated with Zoho bookings.

  4. View customer portal on behalf of specific customer

    Would be good to be able to display customer portal for a specifc customer, in order to check what they can see.
    This would allow better support (tutorials with screenshots, etc.) and monitoring projects to be invoiced that they can see

  5. client portal needs it's own tab

    Customer Portal Needs it's own tab in the customer view. So you can easily see comments, documents, invoices, credit limit, all that is shared other than estimates/sales orders/invoices.

  6. Connection to Zoho Commerce & Zoho Books user portal

    Good morning, we have an online store at Zoho Commerce and we think it would be nice to unify the Zoho Books customer portal with Zoho Commerce. Right now we are seeing that the user data is not synchronized, we have problems accessing the Zoho Books portal with the access data of Zoho Commerce. These two access portals should be linked in order to better serve customers.

  7. Payment Methods via Portal

    It is very important for us to be able to control how a client pays via the portal. We can choose to let them pay only CC, but we do not have the option for them to pay only ACH. We need this badly. We love the portal and our customers/vendors are enjoying the visibility into their accounts, but we CAN NOT have a customer paying a 100k invoice with a CC. The fees are just too high. So we really need the option to have ACH, but not CC. Please, please, please.

  8. Customize Portal by Client

    //i would like the ability to choose what is available on the portal according to the client/project. I would also like the ability to show hours billed/unbilled with or without detailed time entries. I would like the abililty to choose to show tasks or not.

  9. Several Companies in one client portal

    Several clients under 1 client portal. For example, One director has 4 Limited companies. I need the director to log in to the portal and be able to see outstanding invoices for all of his companies.

  11. and shipment tracking info to customer portal

    if invoice and/or portal simply would show the tracking information for each order or invoice then customer can view and track themselves anytime they have question about "where is my order" - which is like ALL THE TIME
