9. Cleaner and easier custom domain for portal

   I have a custom domain name setup for my books account - one proble i have is that although my domain names are easier for zoho services i.e book.domain.com or support.domain.com my clients have a harder time remembering the client portal address which is more like:

   https://invoice.domain.com/portal/portalname/login

   my clients are constantly losing this link and have to ask me to remind them of it, and even i cant remember this url chain.

   why couldnt it be invoice.domain.com/client or even client.domain.com or portal.domain.com etc like all other zoho services - it would be nice to be able to map a specific domain for the client portal itself.

    Client portal should also be used as medium of document and information change between Business entity and Vendors and same should not only be restricted to documents related to invoices so under option along with Convert to invoice and reject another option must be added of accept document even without converting into invoice

12. Customer Portal can have reports pushed from Zoho Creator

    Currently we are working on setting up production reports for our customer in zoho creator and will be making mit available for our customers via the customer portal but this will be a different login, instead if there is an API availale to make these reports to be shown on the books portal itself, the customer wouldnt have to login multiple times.

13. Client Portal Profile Picture or Logo

    Need to have this customization after all, it ia the year 2020. We need the ability to add a custom image or logo for the client's profile in the client portal. Possibly we could add their logo,or the customer can add one or change it from the one we chose.It is a bit misleading as you try to click on the profile icon by the company name. This should take you to a place to add a picture of your choice.

14. Add Access to Client Portal

    Access to the client portal. It would be nice if there was a way to access the client portal from the client's account overview page on the backend. Add an option or a button from the clients account page that puts you directly in the portal, giving you the ability to jump inside each client's portal, seeing what they see. I think it is important to have full access, since we are the ones creating it anyway.

15. Share Links for clients

    I would recommend a share link, that would give the possibility to customers who do not have an account to enter the seller's catalog and create their "shopping cart", a purchase order ( similar to the purchase order you already have but created by the client not the owner/seller) with the items that are added to "items" and that purchase order would be automaticcaly added to the sellers profile as a "request to approve" so the seller can create the invoice (such as in Brandboom and other digital catalog platforms "), thus improving, smoothening and streamlining the customer-seller / items-purchase / buy-sell.

    if I wanted to buy three items from someone who has a zoho account, I would ask them for a link that would send me directly to their "items" and this would let me create an order wich then they would turn into an invoice. it's much like e-commerce but more like a digital catalog ordering page..

    this would make easier my relation with my clients, they could make their orders without having to dictate them to me one by one, and I could accept them and send the payment info it would be great!

16. Customize client portal

    Not all organizations using books work in the same type of niche or business, so it would be nice to be able to edit the portal menu names/sections/tittles and even be able to select what sections the client can see. This way you can adapt the portal to better fit your type of business

17. username portal not email

    It would be nice if we could have the username to the customer portal not be an email. We have customers who have multiple accounts with us but have a single email as the contact (so they have to provide us with a different email and/or they cannot set up their multiple accounts on the Zoho Portal). It would be nice if that customer (with multiple sites) could create a unique username for each of the sites rather than be forced to have the username as the email.

19. Syncronize documents between diferent Zoho Books organisations

    When two companies work using Zoho Books, and one is vandor , it would be great that vandor can just chose and sync created invoices to his clients zoho books acount. In that way client account will automatily recive those invoice as bills / expenses and vandor will be sure that all invoice are surely sent.

    So both companies would in more easier and secure way work, without need of manually adding those invoice in Zoho Books or scaning them using document scaning feature.

    When my customer is able to bulk acknowledge the material receipts against the invoices in Customer portal,It would be treated as our digital Proof of delivery and if zoho enables option to download the acknowldgement status in excel,it would be fantastic
