An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThis is really important for so many of us on Shopify that it's hard to understand why this has been pending for this long. Almost any other inventory management solution I have by tried so far offers better shopify syncing than Zoho.
In addition to the points mentioned in the post, i'd like to add:
1. Syncing product images from Shopify to matched items in Zoho - this is really low hanging fruit, and no one with a large catalog is going to add images to Zoho one-by-one.
2. Syncing shipments from Shopify to Zoho - If you're not using a shipping carrier integrated with Zoho, this is a real pain. Each order must be manually marked as shipped. Zoho should just sync the fulfillment information from Shopify like every other inventory management system.
3. Order editing - Shopify orders synced to Zoho cannot be edited in Zoho. Customers change their orders all the time, and the workaround to this currently is to place a new order to add items, which is just more manual work and stuff to track. If maintaining control is an issue, this could be configurable in access rights, but generally, a user should be able to change/edit anything with an option to record comments.
4. Capturing more fields - mentioned in the original post, but i'd like to be specific - sync the payment method used, sync order tags, and as mentioned above - fulfilment information.
I strongly urge the Zoho team to consider these as urgent to ensure that existing Zoho Inventory customers stay with the platform instead of outgrowing it when they grow.

Cannot second this request enough. EVERYTHING should be able to be performed in bulk. If there's an action that can be performed on one sales order, invoice, etc. etc. should have an option to be performed on many in one go without any artificial limitations.
