An error occurred while saving the comment Sam commentedThis also applies to contacts and items created in Books when they sync back to CRM. They are created with the admin as the owner in CRM instead of the user that created them in Books.
CRM also doesn't show the source as being from a particular sync source or API, which is a bit confusing when multiple syncs/automations do something unpredictable.

This is vital. The barcode on most mass-market goods is literally the UPC of the product. Being forced to overwrite the SKU field with the UPC to have functional barcode scanning in Zoho products isn't acceptable.
Zoho either needs to make both fields searchable for barcode scanner entry or rename the two fields. Searchable on both fields makes more sense -- SKU's may be abbreviations that are human-memorable.
