    I absolutely agree... it would make life so much easier!

    It would also elevate zoho books worldwide as must have accounting software for all types of businesses.

    Sooner the better!

    Hi there,

    We now have a Zoho Inventory Add on option for Zoho Books. You can take a look at that. You can achieve a lot of these features using Zoho Inventory.

    Regarding your requirements,

    1- You can use the backtracking option to achieve this in Zoho Inventory. https://www.zoho.com/in/inventory/kb/sales-order/so-back-order.html

    2- We have default shipping status based on the carrier in Zoho Inventory
    You can refer this link – https://www.zoho.com/in/inventory/help/sales-orders/shipments.html

    3- You can use the custom function feature to calculate the sales commission.

    4- sales profile and commission rate linked to different items – We currently do not have this option

    5 – search of the items should be enhanced – For queries on this you can send us an email at support@zohobooks.com

    6- We are working on item category in Zoho Inventory and will definitely update you.

    At least ZOHO should add inventory as part of ZoHo books so we can have all the functionality of the zoho inventory but under one tab instead of switching between different tabs!

    We were advised the same thing too that the software was capable to integrate with worldpay! Only to find out that zoho support only corporate gateway accounts  Its now 18 months since we’ve been with ZoHo and nothing has been done about it.

    Can Zoho start taking this seriously?????

    This should have been implemented long time ago, however it is time ZOHO developers got to grips with it and added an email bottom next to the print option. It should function same as the payment received.
