    The items and sales by a customer needs to be a link/tab in the customer record. All things pertaining to a customer should be in the customer record. For example, all products (Items) sold to a customer should easily be already listed for the current period (with ability to change viewable dates) along with filtering and sorting functionality. Again, this should already be in each customer's record, not elsewhere and not a manual procedure each time. thank you.
