cover delivery challan based issuing of material from my inventory to my vendor. Currently the feature is available only at customer end. eg
I need delivery challan based issuing of material for job work in my production pipeline.
Currently Zoho Inventory is not allowing me to issue material on delivery challan for various job works or multiple stages of 'Work In Progress'.
In my clothing production pipeline, raw material is issued to one of multiple production departments at a time and it further goes to another department. Many job work/value addition jobs at taken up by multiple vendors (individuals or company). I need to record this movement out of my inventory.

Batching should be in the SO creation/Package not in raising the invoice.
Batching is a warehouse activity. Therefore on the onset of order or the creation of Package, Batching should be available so that the warehouse can know what batch they would pick (FEFO/FIFO). Accounting is the one doing the invoice (Accounting Module) and therefore is not their concern. The process in which you incorporated the batching is all wrong. I've sent several emails regarding this issue already but no remedy yet.

Shopify and Zoho Sales Order synchronization
As of now the Sales Order that comes from Shopify are not fully editable, and there some very important parts that are necessary for us to run our business smoothly.
We would like to assign each individual item from the sales order into different location. (Now Zoho only lets change the location of the entire sales order.)
Also, it is important for us to be able to edit the quantity that comes in from Shopify. (As of now, we cannot do that.) This is very important for us, sometimes some orders are later changed by our customers to us offline,…9 votes -
Inventory serial number
Currently there is serial number tracking, but to enter serial number is completely chronic, we are getting approximately 1000 pieces of one product, and for tracking of that, i need to enter serial number 1000 times,
Suggestion is to provide some automatic serial number generation where prefix can be fix and suffix can be incremental counter or other way to generate auto serial numbering, like SKU generator.

Inventory integrations for major marketplaces Europe/Germany (Amazon, Ebay, Shopfiy)
It is impossible to work outside of the US. Integrations for all marketplaces like amazon.de, ebay.de and the German shopify.

Pricelist based in tha last cost of purchase
Develop the variable sale prices according to an increase margin on the last purchase, I buy materials from more than 18 countries, I have 63000 SKUs, and we create around 30 to 50 purchase orders per day, and to be changing the prices each order by the variability of the exchange rates of the currencies is absolutely inoperable, almost all the ERPs have the option of selling price with a Markup of the cost. It can not be that Zoho does not have it.

Allow Sales Order specific delivery address for drop shipments, not tied to client records
We are wholesaler with lots of drop shipments to the (end-)customers of our B2B clients.
We have hundreds of drop shipments every week, all to different end-customer addresses.
We can't, nor do we want to, store these drop shipping addresses of private end-customers as part of our client's records.
Instead these shipping addresses should only be part of the Sales Orders and be treated as a shipping address in all of the templates in Zoho Inventory (e.g. Order Confirmation, Packing List, Shipping List, etc.). And these sales order shipping addresses should also be the shipping address that is transmitted to…

each item in the sales and purchase order should have his own dedicated delivery date
We always have many items in the order, this in both cases, purchase and sales order, therefore we must have the possibility to specify the delivery date on each item

Inventory and crm sync
When a PO is created in CRM and in inventory you have to list the parts being purchased. I have noticed that I constantly get a duplicate of every item listed on the PO in CRM and the PO in inventory.
can you please have a manual sync option or the option to not sync to zoho CRM. We use CRM to have the POs go through an approval process and issue the POs from inventory. Offer further customisation within reports, specifically inventory valuation summary
Currently the only customisation I can make to the Report: Inventory Valuation Summary is to change the date range - too basic.

Show Custom Fields on some PDFs, but not All PDFs
At the moment you have only two choices for Custom Fields: their is the check box "Show in all PDFs". So you must include custom fields in either all or none of the PDF.
For example, let's say you have an ITEM custom field (eg a harmonized tariff code) . We might want to include that on some PDFs but not all PDFs. When formatting templates for Sales Orders and Invoices, one should be allowed to choose which custom fields appear. Right now it is all or nothing.

Allow for multiple preferred vendors and cost for each Item
We buy some of our Items from multiple vendors; however, currently in Inventory, I can only record one "Preferred Vendor" with one "Cost." I would like to be able to record multiple Preferred Vendor and Cost within an item.

Sync Inventory with Suppliers feed CSV , XML etc
Suppliers provides daily inventory updates via CSV , XML feeds .
There should be an option in Zoho Inventory to configure the Product feeds and option to run daily , hourly basis to Sync inventory in real time.

Add rounding to nearest .01, .05 and .10 in pricelists.
We stock some small items like nuts and bolts where rounding to current options not ideal.
