  1. Inventory integrations for major marketplaces Europe/Germany (Amazon, Ebay, Shopfiy)

    It is impossible to work outside of the US. Integrations for all marketplaces like amazon.de, ebay.de and the German shopify.

  2. Fix your feedback system! There are a limited number of votes per person, which means our ability to help improve your products is limited.

    Allow your customers to make an unlimited number of suggestions. You're getting help, for free, from your customers. Why would you limit how helpful they can be? It's not as if you clear out suggestions faster than your customers can make suggestions... (there are more of us, after all)

  3. On the Bills, please add a checkbox for each item that is received, for the items that are not checked in with a serial number.

    It's not possible to check off items in a Bill as received. It's important to be able to check them off when they are received. They're never received in the order that they appear on a Bill, so a checkbox helps keep track.

  5. Provide turnkey integration for Zoho One users- between CRM, Inventory and Books (at a minimum). Replace elaborate procedure with a button!

    As a new user doing an evaluation of Zoho One, I was shocked to discover that some of the Zoho One modules are not integrated- even simple stuff like CRM Sales Order to Inventory (for fulfillment). There is an elaborate procedure for setting up integration between ZohoBooks (who knew that would be required) and CRM and Inventory. Why not have a Zoho One configuration that performs the integration upon setting up the Zoho One account?

  6. Allow items with a group to be in different Categories

    Currently all items within a group need to be in a single Item Category, this is very limiting as practically all items within a group may not fall within a single category.

  7. Zoho Inventory show whats on order

    Show a column for whats on order.
    Currently only Name, SKU, reorder level and stock on hand is displayed. Need the option to show what is on order in another column please.
    Good for customer enquiries as to stock of a product, you can then see there are XX in stock and XXX on order without having to go into each product.

  8. Job work

    Hi
    I need to issue delivery challan for sending raw material (fabric) to different manufacturers to whom I have outsourced production. The raw material goes as fabric (in metres) and come back as finished goods( garments in pcs). In order to achieve this process I need to issue a delivery challan along with an E-way bill for the raw material (fabric) being sent for JOB WORK. The manufacturer bills me for his service on the basis of per finished good manufactured (garment in my case).
    It would be really helpful if you can create a mechanism for issuing of job…

  9. Add items in bulk in Sales Order using Zoho App (on the road ordering)

    We use Zoho App in trade shows to take orders. It will be handy if the "Add Item in Bulk" feature is available (in Sales Order) as in the desktop version.This way, we take orders much faster, cut down waiting time for customers and will probably end up having bigger and more orders due to higher staff productivity.

  10. each user should use their own language on the zoho

    It would facilitate alot if each user can use zoho in his own language, for example here @ work we have many people from abroad and each time they use Zoho they have to change the language from the settings this will change to all users as well.!

  11. Sales Return with same Serial Number

    Hi Zoho Team,

    My company love Zoho, however there are things that we cannot do that are really important.

    Sometimes for our need we are selling systems that will come back later. However we cannot used the same Serial Number when it come back.

    Because of this point, that is a really important one in term of traceability, we cannot use Zoho totaly.

  12. Decrease Stocks that are consumable, instead as registering them as sales.

    Being manufacturers we believe this feature is necesary for raw materials we use to produce.

  14. REPORT ON "SALE BY ITEM GROUP"

    This is a request to add feature under reports to generate "SALES REPORT BY ITEM GROUP"

    This will help companies with multiple brands generate overall performance report of the Brand.

    In the current version ,it is required to compile each product's sales data individually.

  15. to give field level access restriction like in zoho crm.

    i would like you to give field level access restriction for inventory and books like we have in for zoho crm. Many custom field cannot be restricted based on the user because of this.

  16. Make bulk editing more seamless

    I have to delete Item Groups one by one... WHY is bulk delete not an option! There are some things that are great about Zoho, but now I'm remembering why I didn't use it before. Simple functionality is missing! You have a great big picture, but actually using the platform is infuriating!

  17. Bulk update product images!

    I have over 3000 products once all the variations are in... WHYYYYY!!!!!! doesn't the Item group allow you to load an image so that I do not have to .... ONE BY ONE... load product images onto over 3000 products! The sync process was horribly painful and I've lost 2 days just trying to get my products into the system, only to find out now that I have to hand load product images... SOOO frustrating!

  20. Kindly integrate with shiprocket its avoid us to entry shipment details every time

    Shiprocket is logisitcs company they used to delivered parcel.
    They integrated with all the major courier company.
    If you tied up with shiprocket then we don't need to enter shipping details everytime.
