  1. Payment numbers for 2 payments on 1 invoice

    I would like to keep the payment number associated with the invoice (i.e. INV-12345 with payment 12345). But if there is more payments for the same invoice, I would like something like payment 12345-1 and 12345-2 OR 12345.1, etc.

  3. Similar to ZOHO CRM, there should be a feature that will create Custom Fields to other modules as I create them.

    make an option available where you can create custom fields in other modules at the time of creation automatically similar to ZOHO CRM.
    it will save time and reduce error when creating custom fields that are interlinked.

    We are retailers, using inventory and books for bills. However we need to run Customer Loyalty program by having Points, Rewards and Reference sales discounts etc...please help

    Link salesmen to the payments received will make paying commission easier instead of going through the invoices to find out how much commission to pay and to who.

  7. TaxJar Sales Tax API Integration in Zoho Inventory

    Hi,

    Could the TaxJar API be implemented so that Zoho Inventory users aren't being forced to use Avalara as the only tax calculations native integration service?

    Having to manually put in rates is a real frustration.

  9. Overhaul the UPS Shipping Integration - We Cannot Use It As Is

    Your Inventory UPS integration may work for a company that ships 1 package for each Sales Order, but it cannot be used by companies like mine that often ship several boxes for a Sales Order. Here are the limitations that force us to work directly with UPS shipping tools outside Zoho.

    1. There is no way to clone or reuse the Shipment information to a new Shipment. We should be able to reuse weight, dimensions, and preferences. Some of our items ship separately in their own box, and if a customer buys 15 of them, we are forced…

  11. Add attachments to shipment notification email

    We send shipment notification emails to international receivers/consignees that include the delivery method and air waybill number. It would be very helpful to be able to attach PDF copies of the air waybill and other shipment documentation to these shipment notification emails.

  13. The categories is for tracking the items, but there is not categories structures on advance search

    The category module is very simple and regular on most of ERP, especially in inventory management software. but ZOHO Inventory totally failed, please check what happened.

  14. Complete automation of sales and purchase order in Manufacturing

    You must create a sales order that should be updated with current list of items so that customers can directly submit orders and it should reflect on sales order panel.
    Purchase order receivable should also be issued to another vendor with editable preferences of vendors automatically to automate the process entirely.

  15. BIND PAYMENT CLEARING ACCOUNT TO VENDOR

    PLEASE INTEGRATE SOME FEATURE LIKE BINDING PAYMENT CLEARING ACCOUNT TO A VENDOR LIKE AMAZON ETC TO RECORD PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMER AND RECEIVE IN BANK. E.G. IF A PAYMENT CLEARING ACCOUNT LIKE 'AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT' CAN BE BIND WITH A VENDOR NAMED 'AMAZON', THEN CUSTOMER PAYMENT RECORDED IN 'AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT' CAN BE RECEIVABLE AMOUNT FROM VENDOR 'AMAZON'. AND WHEN WE RECORD PAYMENT FROM VENDOR 'AMAZON' NOW, WE CAN EASILY DEDUCT TCS AND REST AMOUNT CAN BE RECORDED IN BANK NOW.

  16. Please add the ability to run the Receive History report for specific PO's

    We often have up to 30 receipts for a single PO, it would be very helpful to be able to run a report to see all of the receipts just for that PO. With more or customized detail would be even better.

  17. Better visibility to PO Receipts tracking information - needed for Amazon FBA returns

    In order to track returned product shipments from Amazon FBA, we have to be able to see the tracking numbers for PO receipts as this is the only way to confirm/audit that we received the shipment Amazon says they shipped. ZOHO currently does not seem to have any visibility to shipment tracking numbers once a receipt is posted. This is very important for managing Amazon FBA products.

  20. i need custom status to be shown as in sales orders it is going to be shown

    as in sales order there is custom button show bt in invoice it is not to be show for custom buttons created in invoice<<more<<custom status for custom buttons
