If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Expense, then you've reached the right place.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  3. Account code segments unique per user, per category

    Our account codes in our accounting system are setup to have different segments per user. The current system only allows one account code per category. I propose creating a master set of categories. Then in each user account, you have the option of selecting if these categories are active for the user and if they have different account codes.

  4. print multiple receipts for one expense

    it is possible to attach several receipts to one expense but it only prints the first one, I would like to be able to see all of the attached receipts

  5. Link Uber and Ola the way you have linked credit cards.

    Taxi fares are a significant part of expenses and any linking with the most popular apps - Uber and Ola - will really help.

  6. Icici pockets

    You have already integrated ICICI cards. When do you plan to integrate the ICICI Pockets card? Pockets is a very useful product for use in new / unknown locations, since it is a prepaid card and risk is minimal. Hence please try to integrate pockets with Zoho Expense.

  7. Save modified receipt orientation / zoom after changing it during data entry / confirmation

    During confirming of receipt information and checking the scanned data, it sometimes happens that it turns out that a receipt was scanned upside down or sideways. Then, during the data entry process I will use the turn image feature to correct the orientation of the receipt. However this orientation is not saved together with the receipt data after I save the receipt and add it to a report. It would be much better if it could be saved since this is the orientation which allows proper reading in future.

  9. Allow creation of custom payment options in Payment Mode dropdown

    Payment Mode is currently limited to 5 items:
    Bank Remittance
    Bank Transfer
    Cash
    Check
    Credit Card

    Custom items such as Master Card - XXX5, Visa - yyy5 would allow for a user to more easily identify the source of a transaction if more than one card is used on a trip.

  10. Forex conversions

    Include a function to process Forex conversions, e.g. a user who received USD 500 in advance in cash, converted the cash to BRL 200 and PEN 600.

    In Malaysia Grab Is same as Uber which is very common !

  12. Add ZOHO Work Drive as an option to add receipts

    PLEASE add ZOHO Work Drive as an option to add receipts.....it is not one of the options and I have stored many of mine on my new Work Drive

  14. Customize a report (analytics) and Save it as template to run it anytime later with only changing dates

    ability to create a customizable report that we can run based on filtering we pre-define. That would be the template report, then we can come back to it anytime and just change the time period and run it again without the need to re-create the whole process of the report (like in Zoho CRM).

  16. Search feature

    It would be much easier to use this app if the admin could search for a specific dollar amount, or category in all expenses and within all reports of all users. Right now the search is so limited that many times the reports don't show even after a search.

  18. Drop down selection list for valid Clients

    While inputting expenses there needs to be a drop down for valid clients with mandatory selection of one client. If expense is for internal travel valid client might be your own company name. With this feature reports could be created to generate all expenses for a specific client over a designated period of time. (needed for client billing of expenses).

  19. Allow invoice formats of Microsoft DOCX and Office Libre ODT

    Allow invoice attachments in DOCX and ODT formats, with defaults set by customer and the option to override the default for any specific invoice. Some customers prefer these formats over PDF.
