  1. Admin View - Filtering Approvals

    Allow any organization admin to have the ability to filter approvals like the integrator admin is able to. Added admins do not have the same filters as the integrator admin. It would be helpful to easily see which reports have already been exported to QuickBooks. AND/OR add another column on the All Approvals page that indicates if a report has or has not been exported.

  3. ACH Reimbursement via Phone App

    I am requesting the Zoho Expense mobile app is upgraded to enable authorization of ACH reimbursements.

    The new Forte ACH reimbursement feature is a great upgrade for Zoho Expense, but being able to do this via the mobile app would make this even easier for my team to get paid. Mostly everyone uses this mobile phone exclusively for small tasks like this, so this would be a huge help!

  4. Move categories to sub-categories in bulk

    It would be great if in the bulk import or on the site if we could select multiple categories and make them sub categories. We just imported 160 categories and each needs to go into a sub-category for easier listing and organization.

  5. Expand Search Criteria

    Allow search of Reference# and Description fields on the Receipt record. For example, I use the Reference# field to capture the flight localizer code or ticket number in order to track full cost of flights including change fees, upgrades, seats etc. which may appear on different receipts or reports.

  6. Ledger of single user expenses

    Need to see total details of a user from admin panel. So like if someone has advance amount of Rs 5000 and reimbursement of Rs 2000. So the total balance of the users should be -3000 but the admin can't see that in a ledger format like banks it should show all the debit and credit information on a single tab. Right now we have to go to "advance by user" and then go to "reimbursement by user" and then calculate the total amount of the user manually.

  7. Add Zoho Expense Report number or name in Journal Number or General Ledger details or Add Journal Number in Zoho Expense Report

    Hope there is a field where Zoho Expense Report number or name can be reflected in Journal Number or General Ledger details. If not, hope the Zoho Books Journal Number is reflected in Zoho Expense Report

  8. Bulk Edit Items in Reports

    Allow expenses in Expense reports to be merged, removed and bulk edited inside the expense report. Currently, you have to remove each item individually, perform your tasks on the expenses, and then add them back to the report.

  9. create recurring expenses

    set up recurring expenses for payments that you repeat on a regular basis. You can choose the frequency of the recurring expense in days, weeks or months.

  10. allow users to be submitters even if they have direct reports in zoho people

    change the role of the user as submitter in Zoho Expense if he is a reporting to person in Zoho People

  11. Allow in-text search for merchants / vendors

    When selecting a merchant allow "in-text" search. For example if the merchant is "SLS South Beach" allow to search by 'South' and not only with 'starts with'. A similar feature became available in Zoho Books as an option and is of great help! Sometimes credit cards will add a symbol or something before a merchant's name and then searching for the specific merchant is very difficult, therefore duplicates are created. In the above example credit card showe the charge as +SLS South Beach

    Need to be able to use categories/accounts that are asset accounts...not just expense or COGS. Currently can only sync over expense and COGS accounts from Quickbooks but need to be able to use some asset accounts as well.

  13. Enforce and/or report users have two factor authentication

    Allow administrators to either:
    Enforce that users must enable two factor authentication
    or
    Report on which users have enabled two factor authentication.

  14. Add Merchant as a PDF Expense Column

    Ability to display a merchant as a column on an expense report PDF.

    OR

    Ability to auto-generate an expense text field based on the ${EXPENSEREPORT.ENDDATE MMMM} format that is currently only in the report name.

  15. Provide more detail for the error: Invalid Reference ID : Names Element id 2279 not found.

    When I try to sync approved expense reports to QBO, I will occasionally get an error message stating "Provide more detail for the error: Invalid Reference ID : Names Element id 2279 not found."

    I have spoken to support about this, and it means that one of my vendor name is not syncing properly with QBO...

    SO... It would be nice if this error message specific WHICH vendor names were not syncing... otherwise I have to go into each expense in the report and update the name, which SUCKS. Thanks!

  16. Permanently Delete Expense Immediately

    I have a lot of repeating expenses everything month. I have a rule in Outlook that automatically sends emails to my private Expense address. A few of the services I use monthly send multiple emails about the same transaction. One might be the invoice itself and some might be the receipt for the automatic CC payment on that invoice.

    These are sometimes difficult to distinguish in the Receipt Inbox. When I click Delete I always have to go to the Expense list and delete again to make sure the Expense doesn't wrongfully appear as a duplicate in the report.

  17. Want now howe i.m by goods by credt pay or afte silling in my store the zoho expence will be completed traction and enter my percentage% to

    I want to work as a marketer .. The question is, can I display goods from other stores in my store, and if I sell it, my percentage of the amount is deposited in my bank account

  18. Provide more detail for: Invalid Reference Id : Names element id 2397 not found

    It would be a million times more helpful if this error message highlighted WHICH merchant name is not found.It is very difficult otherwise when you have a long expense report to review.

  19. Create integration for multiple bank accounts

    There should be an option to connect multiple corporate bank accounts for reimbursement in your Zoho administrators account. This would give the option for the Admin to choose which corporate bank account this reimbursement would be taken out of.
