Sales, Expenses and Receipts Report
Currently "Sales and Expenses" data is only available from the dashboard and not separately under reports section limiting one to see data of 12 months/current FY or previous FY. It will be great if another dedicated report is added under reports section where one can see this report based on one's own filters like compare sales, expenses and receivables of last 5 years YOY or MOM or quarter wise!

Banking Tab - Balance of bank accounts
Zoho Invoice is an invoicing software, but I don't see why this one should not have a Banking tab to manage bank transactions, and balances of account. It would be nice to connect this whit Payments received and Expenses, so we can track those more efficiently.

In Zoho Invoice, it is not possible to integrate your bank account; Sorry about that.
However, you can achieve it using Zoho Books. It is actually a super-set of Zoho Invoice, meaning, it has every single feature of Zoho Invoice and a lot more functionalities to make your accounting worthwhile. In Zoho Books, you can connect your bank account and fetch automatic feeds. The best part is that you can upgrade your Zoho Invoice account directly to Zoho Books with just a few clicks.

Multiple Currencies feature for same client.
Need to add a feature where in one could raises invoices with multiple currencies for the same client.

In Zoho Invoice, it’s not possible to raise transactions in multiple currencies for the same contact. As a workaround, you can clone the contact, change the currency alone and save it as a new contact. You can refer this link to know how to clone a contact in Zoho Invoice.

Improve online payment logos
I use PayPal and Stripe as online payment options (thanks for that capability!). The icon that appears in the invoice pdf shows PayPal just fine, but then a black vaguely credit-card looking thing for Stripe. It would be nice to have a better icon for Stripe that shows the cards accepted and distinguishes it as a separate option from PayPal (since PayPal also often indicates it can accept credit cards by using their logos).
Second, it would be great to use the same icons in the invoice notification email, instead of a hyperlink.

Add Estimates within Zoho Projects Integration
Zoho projects is a great way to colloborate on an estimation and it would be nice to add this to allow us to quickly send out an estimate based on the time allotmant on tasks.

Invoice items to time log
Would be nice to use invoice items directly in time log. Just selecting the item, time, adding description and done. It may end up as new task finally or something but would make monthly billing and invoicing simpler to manage.

Customize timesheet reports
Customize the timesheet reports with our company logo, address and layout.
As the report might be sent and view outside the company (e.g. to customers), it might be interesting to authorize the customization as it is possible for invoice and estimation.

Add bulk edit option to “Mark as Non-Billable"
In the timesheet section, it would be nice to have the option to “mark as non-billable” as a bulk edit. The current bulk edit options include:
- Mark as invoiced
- Mark as Unbilled
- Delete
I would like you to add a button to “Mark as Non-Billable” here: https://www.screencast.com/t/JggsPFfxB Currently, you have to open each time entry and uncheck the box manually, which is time consuming and annoying.

Coupon Codes/Tips Field
It would be nice if my recurring clients could have the option to enter a coupon code or tip amount into their estimates/invoices which could change the total amount due. This feature would be a great way for many service based businesses to offer perks to loyal clients.
My clients currently fill out an request quote form on my website (not zoo forms because its very limiting) which allows a coupon code but I have to enter it manually into zoho invoice. This also means that my recurring clients have to re-submit the form each time they want to use…

See client portal "from customer point of view"
There appears to be no way that I can see a client's portal from their perspective. It would be very good to be able to see (and check) what each client sees when they access their portal view.
Therefore, please can you consider, for each client, having a "view client's portal" link against each client entry for which the portal is enabled?

We understand that you wish to take a look at the client portal interface so that you can have a clear idea on what the clients can see and how.
Though there is no direct link to view the portal interface from a client’s perspective, you can take a look at our help docs which explains each and every section of the portal along with screenshots.

Link everything!
I have a project.
Project is based off a paid invoice.
The paid invoice has an expense.When I am creating an invoice I should be able to send to/create a new project. Then I should be able to link an expense to that invoice.
When I look at my project I want to be able to click the invoice it was generated from with and the expense that I need to pay out.

Track Start and End Time Automatically When Using Timer For Billable Hours
Currently when you track your time and you use the timer, the system doesn't track the exact time that you pressed 'Start Timer' and the exact time when you clicked 'Stop Timer'. This is a very easy fix to make.
Many states require exact start time and stop time when billing hours. Instead of requiring us to manually type in start and end time, your Timer function should automatically log when we click start and stop and record that time in the Excel report. This is a very simple fix, and would make tracking time much easier.
